SMONTAGGIO DEL SILENZIATORE DI SERIE

•Svitare la sonda lambda (Fig. 01);

•Rimuovere supporto radiatore (Fig. 02,03);

•Svitare i dadi attacco testa del collettore, conservandoli

per il montaggio del Kit Termignoni (Fig. 04);

•Svitare le 2 viti supporto silenziatore, conservandoli per il

montaggio del Kit Termignoni (Fig. 05,06);

•Rimuovere il silenziatore (Fig. 07);

DISASSEMBLY THE ORIGINAL COLLECTOR

•Unscrew the lambda probe (Pic. 01);

•Remove the support bracket radiator (Pic. 02,03);

•Unscrew the nuts of the collector head attacks, keep it

for mounting the Termignoni Kit (Pic. 04);

•Unscrew the 2 screws of the silencer support bracket,

keep it for mounting the Termignoni Kit (Pic. 05,06);

•Remove the silencer (Pic. 07);

MONTAGGIO DEL KIT TERMIGNONI

•Montare curva n°1 inserendo boccola e ghiera

nell’apposita sede, fissandola con i dadi originali senza

serrare (Fig. 08);

•Ripetere l’operazione per la curva n°2-3-4 (Fig. 09);

•Assicurarsi di posizionare le curve in modo corretto,

evitando il contatto con la coppa dell’olio (Fig. 10);

•Smontare il piastrino sottostante e fissare la staffa

supporto silenziatore con la vite originale M8, dado M8 e

rondella 8x16, in dotazione, serrando per bene

(Fig. 11,12);

•Staccare la fascetta fissaggio sonda lambda e allentare

le 2 viti fissaggio carter paracatena quanto basta per

sfilare il cavo (Fig. 13,14,15);

•Posizionare il cavo sonda lambda in mezzo al forcellone

facendolo passare sopra il carter paracatena (Fig. 16,17);

•Serrare nuovamente le 2 viti supporto carter paracatena;

MOUNTING THE TERMIGNONI KIT

•Mount the curve nr. 1 inserting bush and flange in its

housing, fixing it with the original nuts without tightening

(Pic. 08);

•Repeat operation for the curves number 2-3-4 (Pic. 09);

•Be sure to place the curves correctly, avoiding contact

with the oil pan (Pic. 10);

•Remove the plate underneath and secure the silencer

support bracket with the original screw M8, nut M8 and

washer 8x16, in the pack, and tighten it (Pic. 11,12);

•Disconnect the clamp fixing lambda probe and loosen

the 2 screws fixing the carter chainguard just enough to

remove the cable (Pic. 13,14,15);

•Place the lambda probe cable in the middle of the fork,

passing it over the chainguard carter (Pic. 16,17);

•Tighten again the two screws supporting carter

chainguard;

•Una volta posizionate correttamente le 4 curve, innestare

il corpo finale al collettore (Fig. 18);

•Inserire la gomma alla molla (Fig. 19,20);

•Fissare il corpo finale al telaio con la vite M8 originale,

dado M8 e rondella 8x35 in dotazione, senza serrare

(Fig. 21);

•Avvitare sonda lambda, serrando per bene (Fig. 22);

•Innestare il silenziatore al corpo finale e agganciarli

tramite la molla corta con gommino, usando il tira-molla in

dotazione (Fig. 23,24,25);

•Montare il gommino sulla fascetta supporto silenziatore

(Fig. 26);

•Posizionare la molletta filettata M8, sulla staffa supporto

silenziatore (Fig. 27);

MOUNTING THE TERMIGNONI KIT

•Once positioned correctly the 4 curves, insert the final

body into the collector (Pic. 18);

•Insert the rubber in the spring (Pic. 19,20);

•Fix the final body to the frame with the screw M8 original,

nut M8 and washer 8x35, in the pack, without tightening

(Pic. 21);

•Screw the lambda probe, tightening it (Pic. 22);

•Insert the silencer to the final body and hook it through

the short spring with rubber, using the pull spring,

in the pack (Pic. 23,24,25);

•Mount the rubber into the silencer ring holder (Pic. 26);

•Position the clip M8 on the silencer support bracket

(Pic. 27);

•Alloggiare la fascetta supporto sul silenziatore e fissarla

alla staffa, usando la vite M8x20 e la rondella 8x16, in

dotazione, senza serrare (Fig. 27);

•Serrare tutte le viti, iniziando dalla vite fascetta supporto

silenziatore, procedendo fino ai dadi degli attacchi testa

(Fig. 28,29,30,31);

MOUNTING THE TERMIGNONI KIT

•Enter the ring holder onto the silencer and fix them to the

support bracket, using the screw M8x20 and washer

8x16, in the pack, without tightening (Pic. 27);

•Tighten all the screws, starting from the one of the

silencer ring holder, proceeding to the nuts of attacks

head (Pic. 28,29,30,31).
