1. Warnings
Baery Warning - Discard baeries safely
• Do not submerge the baery in the water.
• Do not insert baeries with the (+) and (-)
reversed.
• Do not disassemble, dispose in re, heat or
short circuit.

Do not mix fresh baeries with used baeries.
• Do not keep baeries close to baby.

2. Kitchen scale ulizaon warning
•
Respect the maximum allowed weight of 5
kg (as specied in the key features chapter
of this user manual)
• DO NOT submerge the device in liquids
•
To clean bamboo surface, use a so humid
cloth or sponge.
• Avoid cleaning with any aggressive cleaning
products as it can damage the sheen of bamboo
• DO NOT use under dusty condions

Thank you for choosing the electronic kitchen
scale TA 1. To ensure proper operaon, and to
maintain the lifespan and the utmost accuracy
of the scale, please read this manual carefully.
5. Operaon
• Baery: AAA 1.5 V
• Working voltage: 2 x 1.5 V

Place the scale steadily on a hard and at
horizontal surface. A clean table is best.
2. Press the “ON/TARE” buon to switch on the
scale for the rst me. The scale’s LCD screen
rst lights up all characters and changes to “0
g”. The scale is ready for use!
Note: The kitchen scale does not turn on
automatically if the ON/TARE button has not
been pressed earlier
3. Press the “UNIT” buon to choose between
the weighing units kg / g / lb / oz. By default,
the rst unit displayed on the screen is the
last unit displayed when the kitchen scale
was shut down. When starng with the kg,
the units’ order is: kg g lb oz and
back to kg again.

Put a container or other recipient on the
plaorm of the scale and the weight will be
shown on the screen.

Press the “ON/TARE” buon to clear the
weight of the what’s already on the plaorm:
the screen will show “Tare 0 g”. Then put the
food into the container or add more things
on the plaorm and the weight of the added
ingredients will be displayed on the screen.

Connue to use the “ON/TARE” buon to
obtain the respecve weight of more added
ingredients through repeang tare funcon
conveniently. When everything is removed o
the plaorm, the total weight will be shown
on the screen.
7.
Press the “ON/TARE” buon hold it for 2
seconds to switch o the kitchen scale. When
the screen shows “0 g” if no more weighing is
needed or it will auto-o within 90 seconds
if not used. Time before screen shuts down
automacally: 90 seconds.
6. Cauon
• Please change to a new baery when “LO”
appears on the screen. It indicates the baery
is out of power.
•
“EEEE” shown on the screen indicates overload.
7. Aenon
•
Please put the scale on a hard and at surface
(a clean at table is best) and make sure it is
steady before use.
• The maximum capacity of the scale is 5 kg /
5.000 g / 11 lb / 176 oz, which is the weight
before tare.
• Please use so ssue with alcohol or glass
cleaner to clean the LCD surface if it is dirty.
Use a so cloth or humid sponge to clean the
bamboo board. DO NOT use soap or other
chemicals. Keep it away from running water,
corrosive liquids, extreme heat and/or cold.
•
The scale is a high precision measuring device.
NEVER knock on it heavily, handle it carefully
to avoid dropping or breaking during moving.
DO NOT try to disassemble it!
•
The scale is for NOT for professional /
commercial use.
•
Please check the battery if the scale
malfuncons. Change the baeries to new
ones if it is necessary. For other problems,
please contact the local dealer or our company
directly by phone or E-mails.

Averssement concernant les piles - Éliminez les
piles en toute sécurité
• N’immergez pas la pile dans l’eau.
• N’insérez pas les piles avec les (+) et (-)
inversés.
• Ne pas démonter, jeter au feu, exposer à la
chaleur ou provoquer un court-circuit.
• N’exposez pas les piles au soleil pendant une
longue période.
• Ne mélangez pas des piles neuves avec des
piles usagées.

2. Averssement sur l’ulisaon de la
balance de cuisine

Respectez le poids maximum autorisé de
5 kg (comme spécié dans le chapitre des
caractérisques principales de ce mode d’emploi)
• NE PAS immerger l’appareil dans des liquides
• Pour neoyer la surface du bambou, ulisez
un chion ou une éponge douce et humide.
