Step 1
CAUTION: Unplug power cord prior to
performing any service on stove. Ensure
stove has cooled down.
Remove pellets from Hopper.
Remove 5/16-18 shoulder bolt and aluminum
washer holding Top Lid to stove.
Step 2
Remove Top Lid from stove. Set Top Lid aside.
Step 3
Remove Front Door from stove by opening
door and gently lifting straight up. Set
aluminum washers and Front Door aside.

Step 4
Remove Firepot.
Step 5
Remove Clean Out Covers.
Step 6
GENTLY lay stove down on front face. Ensure
carpet, padding or blankets are under stove.

Step 7
Rotate stove so that stove is resting on Top
Bell. Be careful not to damage the Hopper
Switch.
Step 8
Remove (4) 8-32x3/8 black philips pan head
machine screws holding Transformer to stove.
Step 9
Lift Transformer off stove.

Step 10
Release Wiring Harness from wire saddle.
Step 11
Rest Transformer on cart or shelf.
Step 12
Remove Fan Blade from Fan Motor assembly.
Lock washer may need to be pried off with
knife.

Step 13
Remove (3) 10-32 hex nuts holding Fan Motor
assembly to stove using a 3/8” socket with 6”
extension.
Step 14
Cut zip tie holding Fan Motor wires to Fan
Motor assembly.
Step 15
Unplug Fan Motor wires from Fan Motor.

Step 16
Remove Fan Motor assembly. When removing
Fan Motor assembly the silicone seal will have
to be broken (orange sealant in photo). Gently
rocking back and forth will loosen and release
the Fan Motor assembly.
Step 17
Remove Fan Motor gasket.
Step 18
Scrape off old sealant from stove.

Step 19
Apply high temperature sealant around Fan
flange on stove.
Step 20
Install new gasket.
Step 21
Apply high temperature sealant on top of
gasket and where gasket meets exhaust port.
Note sealant on area between Fan and
exhaust port.

Step 22
Install Fan Motor assembly.
Reassembly is reverse of disassembly.
