This Instruction Manual is composed of the following three (3) chapters:-

For installation, please make sure the following points and install thc unit at the proper locations:-

' Tcnrperature and Flurnidity are within the linrit of operation environment.

. Arvny from tlre gas of sulfide and corrosion, dust and oil.

. Alvay from electric noise and the int'lttcnce of electromagnetic field.

. Less mechanical vibration and shock.

. Arvay frorn the direct sunshine and not to be exposed by vvind and rain.

. Away from tlre direct darnplless or the flood with watcr.

flris uuit does not filnction any control for approxirnately 4 seconds after tunring Power ON .

(No functions of Output etc. ) In case of using this unit as Interlock circuit, please note this firnctions.

Please follow tlie instruction manual and make correct wiring connection, especially at Input tenninal,

Porver supply terminal and Optional temrinals.

Thc crirlp terminals for wiring should be fit with the nuts of M3.5.

' The rviring materials to connect R. T. D. and this unit should be the one with wire-resistance less than

5 O per wire,

' The rvinng materials to connect Thermocouple and flris unit should be the one as the specified extensiorr

lead wire of thermocouple or lead rvire itself.

' ln case of using this unit close to the noise generators, please use flre shield-rvires. Please do not make

rviring the Input/Output line at the same duct ald the pipes of electric wires.

' TIre signal tvire of Input/Output should be at least SOcm away from porver supply and loading lines.

2.. Precaution of Control:

This unit adopted a fixed memory device to memorize setting value. Therefore, the setting value remains

in menrory even after turning OFF the Power. It is necessary to prepare setting of each unit and set-up mode

bcfore control operation.

Horvever, it is not necessary to condnct all of the follorving preparation of setting to each unit.
