1. Quick Start
a) Screw a filled and primed Tornado eGo-C atomizer onto the top of the
battery taking care not to over tighten. (For assembly of the atomizer refer
to section 2 and for cartridge filling refer to section 3)
b) Press the power button rapidly 5 times; the battery light will flash to
indicate that the battery is switched on.
c) Press the power button as you gently inhale on the mouthpiece; release
the button as soon as you have finished inhaling.
d) To turn off press the power button rapidly 5 times. The battery light will
flash to indicate the power is switched off.
e) To switch between the two modes: (3.7v / 4.2v), ensure that the device is
switched off, then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. The
light will flash orange to indicate that it is in 4.2v mode. Press and hold
for a further 10 seconds and the light will flash blue indicating 3.7v. For a
more detailed explanation of the two modes see section 4.

2. Atomizer assembly:
The Tornado eGo-C atomizer has 5 components.
3 Filling the tank cartridge
There are 2 options for filling the
tank. If you have an e-liquid bottle
with a thin nozzle you can fill the
tank cartridge through the small
hole in the tank cap as shown in
Filling option A. If the nozzle of
the bottle is too large to fit in the
central hole of the tank cap, it can
be removed as shown in Filling
option B.
It is important not to over fill the tank
cartridge and to leave a 1mm air
gap as shown in Fig.C

Locate an atomizer head (B) into the atomizer base (A) then screw atomizer cover (C) on to
atomiser base (A). Screw the assembled atomizer to the battery.
4 Features of the eGo-C+ battery
4.1 Operating in the blue light mode
When operating in the blue light mode the output is regulated to 3.7v.
a) To switch between modes please see section 1e.
b) The power button LED indicates the battery charge condition by
illuminating from white, (fully charged), to dark blue, (charging required),
accuracy is +/- 10%.
c) When the battery is fully charged the power button LED illuminates white.
d) When the charge is between 50-10% the power button LED illuminates
sky blue.
e) When the charge is less than 10% the power button LED illuminates dark
blue to warn that the battery needs to be recharged.
f) Short circuit protection: When a short circuit occurs, the device will
disconnect the power supply automatically and the battery will be locked.
The battery can be unlocked by removing the cause of the short circuit (a
faulty cartomizer for example) and turning on as described in section 1b.
4.2 Operating in orange light mode
When operating in orange light mode the output is governed by a direct
connection to the battery operating at a maximum of 4.2v when fully
charged and decreasing with battery life.
a) To switch between modes please see section 1e.
b) This mode does not have variable illumination to indicate the level
of battery charge.
c) The performance will gradually decrease as the battery power
is depleted.
d) Short circuit protection: When a short circuit occurs, the device will
disconnect the power supply automatically and the battery will be locked.
The battery can be unlocked by removing the cause of the short circuit (a
faulty cartomizer for example) and turning on as described in section 1b.

4.3 Charging the battery
a) The Tornado eGo-C+ battery is a lithium-ion battery. It should be charged
using an appropriate charger. Charging time is about 3 hours (based on
a fully discharged state).
b) To charge the battery, plug the USB lead into an appropriately powered
USB port and screw the battery into the connector. On the charger, a
red LED will illuminate to indicate charging, the battery button will flash
rapidly to confirm synchronisation. The LED will illuminate red when
charging, and green when charging is complete.
c) The control unit has inbuilt overcharge protection. When the battery is
fully charged, charging will stop automatically.
d) Do not use other batteries except for those specific to this device.
e) A lithium-ion battery is a consumable item and its life span will decrease
with use.
f) Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
4.4 Lithium-ion battery precautions
a) Do not use or store the battery where it is exposed to extreme heat.
b) Do not use the battery if it gives off an odour, generates heat, becomes
discoloured or deformed, or appears abnormal in any way. If the battery
is in use or being recharged, remove it from the device or charger
immediately and discontinue use.
c) Do not use the battery in combination with primary batteries (such as dry
cell batteries) or batteries of different capacity, type or brand.
d) Do not strike, throw or subject the battery to severe physical shock.
e) Do not pierce or damage the battery housing.
f) Do not immerse the battery in water or allow it to get wet.
g) Avoid storing or transporting batteries in contact with other metal objects.
h) Remove the lithium-ion battery from the e-cigarette if you plan to store
it for long periods of time.
i) Store at room temperature.
j) Do not short-circuit the battery.

General precautions
a) Be sure to read the instructions and precautions before using
the product.
b) If your device appears faulty within the warranty period please return
to Totally Wicked. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself as damage
or personal injury may occur.
c) Keep your Tornado eGo-C+ kit away from sources of excessive heat.
d) Please use only dedicated accessories and batteries, and keep it away
from children.
e) Do not drop as you may cause damage to outer shell or inner
components.
Warranty
This product carries a 28 day parts warranty.
We are not responsible for any defects caused by user error.
