Utility Trailer Kit Assembly Overview
VERY IMPORTANT; ALWAYS REFER TO YOUR OWNER’S MANUAL FOR PROPER
OPERATING AND SAFETY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TRAILER.
Step 1: Read Owner’s Manual
Step 2: Remove All Parts
Remove all the parts as rom inside the trailer box and set them aside as shown above.
Step 3: Flip The Trailer Frame
Flip the trailer rame upside down and set corners on blocks as shown below. The photo below is
shown with the springs, axle, enders, wheels, tongue, side markers, and rear tail lights attached.
Step 4: ather Tools Needed
Gather the metric tools required to assemble the trailer as outlined below.
• 7mm,11mm, 13mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm sockets w/ extension
• 11mm, 13mm, 17mm, 19mm, 24mm open end wrench(s) small Philips screw driver

ATTACH TONGUE MOUNT TO FRAME
Tongue Assembly Checklist
STEP 5: Place the tongue assembly on top o the ront o the trailer rame with the tongue stand acing up and with the
coupler acing the ront o the trailer rame. Mount the 24” tongue holder along with the tongue as received using the
“Tongue Holder Mounting Kit” onto the ront o the trailer rame. There are 4 mounting holes that match up to that o the
tongue holder, then use the L-pin that’s attached to the rame to secure the ront end o the tongue holder to the tongue.
STEP 6: Use the 19mm ratchet open end wrench to attach and securely tighten the (4) 1” long bolts, washers and
lock nuts that asten the tongue mount to the ront o the trailer rame.
STEP 7: Connect the 12v tongue wire plug into the 12v trailer rame wire plug.
Please Check the tightness of the Nuts Bolts of the Coupler and Safety Chains on the Tongue to insure that
they are Properly Tightened:

STEP 8: Lay slipper springs in spring track with spring eye acing towards ront o trailer rame and the spring slipper
acing the rear o the trailer. Use the 19mm ratchet 19mm open end wrench to Attach the slipper springs with the
bolts , nuts and washers rom the blister pack.
STEP 9: The enders are universal and can be mounted on either side - Use the 19mm ratchet 19mm open end
wrench to attach and securely tighten the 4 bolts, washers and lock nuts rom the blister pack to the trailer rame.
STEP 10: Attach the axle to the springs - using the U Bolts as shown in picture. The springs have a male nub which will
match up to the emale nub hole on the axle. Make sure the male nub is in the emale nub hole be ore mounting the U
Bolts. Use the 17mm ratchet to attach and securely tighten the U Bolts to the axle and springs. Re er to photo on right
above to see what the inished axle assembly should look like once mounted properly.
STEP 11: Tire/Wheel Assembly – Remove the wheel lug nuts rom the hubs, and slide the complete tire/wheel assembly
as shown above with valve stems acing outward on the lugs o each hub. Use the 22mm ratchet with extension to
properly secure lug nuts back onto the wheel with 65-70 t-lb torque.
Axle & Fender Assembly Checklist

Step 12: Light Assembly Checklist
Identi y which light is the right side and le t side by looking at the bottom o the tail lights as shown below. The le t light
(driver’s side) has a clear lens in the bottom or the illumination o the state license plate which also includes a license
plate bracket.
Rear LED Light Assembly – Use a 13mm ratchet or open end wrench to attach rear light protectors to the rame
as shown below. The tail lights are plug & play, locate the wire harness or the rear lights on the rame and plug in the
connector rom the lights into the wire harness on the trailer rame as shown below.
LED Side Markers - Use a small Phillips screw driver and a 7mm ratchet or open end wrench to attach side
markers to the rame as shown below. Please review the pictures below to make sure the side markers are mounted
as shown. The side markers are plug & play. Locate the wire harness or the side markers on the rame and plug in the
connectors rom the lights into the harness.

TRAILER COMPLETION & FINAL CHECK
STEP 13; USE EXTREME CAUTION: Using at least (2) strong bodied people, sa ely lip the trailer over by standing
the trailer on end (its rear rame) and care ully lipping it over to support itsel on the wheels and the tongue stand. Do
not attempt this if you do not have; 1.) Adequate clearance above and rom side to side or 2.) Enough man power
that can SAFELY handle the weight o the trailer when lipping it over.
STEP 14; Apply VIN Tag & Tire Placard, mount the side markers (by law the labels must be mounted on the driver’s
side.) The best placement or the labels is on the driver’s side o the tongue as shown below in the picture.
STEP 15; VERY IMPORTANT: With your OWNER’S MANUAL in hand, completely go back over your trailer assembly
and make sure that YOU have properly installed all parts and that they are working correctly.
REMEMBER; Always refer to your owner’s manual for all the safety, maintenance, tire infla-
tion, load capacity, and operator instructions.
