1Instruction
This manual only explains the meaning of each setting and how to do it. It covers the following ACP (Access Control
Phone) series:

1.1 The default IP Address and User Password.
1. Default IP Address is set to Static (not DHCP): 10.10.10.6
2. Login User / Password: admin / 1234

Meaning:
[*] : Press this button firstly to enable the Password entry. Means use password to open the door.
[#] : In most SIP telephone, this button has same function as [Enter] in PC’s keyboard.
[C] : This key has dual functions:
Program : When pressing this button in Idle stats of ACP
Backspace : To Clear the last entry during the dialing
[Bell] : Also call it Call Button. Press it to make call.
1.3 How to get the IP Address of the IP39-ACP that has LCD Display and keypad?
If the ACP has LCD display and keypad, you can get the IP address easily by following steps:
1. Enter [C] and [1], the LCD display will prompt “Please input password”
2. Enter the password, then press [#]. Default password= 1234. It’s same as the Login password
3. Then, the LCD display will show the current IP address of this ACP.

1.4 How to get the IP Address of the IP39-ACP that has no LCD Display and keypad?
1. You shall utilize our special tools called “Phone Scan” to find the IP address of the ACP.
2. The PC that run “Phone Scan” shall situate at the same IP network as the ACP that you are looking for.
3. After Run this tool, you will see the following screen:
4. Click [Phone Scan], you will see the following screen:
Note:
1) Phone Type : The Model name of ACP
2) IP Address : The IP address of the ACP
3) MAC address : The MAC address of the ACP
4) Phone Number : The extension number of the ACP
5) Software version : The software version of the ACP
1.5 How to log into the ACP’s web server to program the ACP?
1. Use any browser and type in the IP address of the ACP. If thing goes well, you will see the following screen:
The default User Name and Password are “admin” and “1234”. You shall change it after setting is completed.

1.6 What happen after the IP3950 and IP3960M is firstly power ON
1. The second line of OLED display will show version information of attached devices:
a. 1122334488
Position 11, 22, 33, 44 : The software version of ROU16 that attached with IP3950 or IP3960
Position 88 : The software version of KPU of IP3950 or IP3960
2. If position 11,22,33,44 display message is FF: It means there is no ROU16 attached with or not assig yet.
3. If ROU16 is attached, the ROU16’s relay will be turn one-by-one from the first ROU16 to the last ROU16.

1. ROU16 link with IP39-ACP through the 2-wire RS485 interface with polarity.
2. The 2-wire cable of ROU16 is parallel together and each device is identified by the its DIP setting.
