Následující text obsahuje důležité informace. Před zahájením
stavby a použiváním boxu se prosím seznamte se všemi
informacemi a upozorněními v tomto návodu.
Box z ady TLX je tžký a mla by jej sestavovat a pemisovat pouze
osoba s odpovídající fyzickou silou pro tento úkol. Nezlelí by mli
provádt montáž pouze pod dohledem dosplých.
•
Spojovací materiál a další drobné díly dodávané v balení uchovávejte
mimo dosah d. Hrozí riziko udušení.
•
Pro sestavení tohoto výrobku použijte náadí dodané v balení.
•
Vyvarujte se pílišnému dotahování matek a šroub. Zejména díly
z plexiskla mohou být snadno poškozeny pílišným dotahováním.
•
S díly z plexiskla manipulujte opatrn, nebojejich okraje mohou
být ostré. Ostré hrany jsou zpsobeny otepy, které vznikají na
extrudovaném plexiskle bhem ezání laserem. Vznik otep
vyplývá z podstaty použitého materiálu a použité výrobní
technologie, jsou souásvýrobku a není možné je považovat za
vadu i dvod k reklamaci. V pípadpoteby je možné otepy po
sestavení boxu odstranit, viz. informace na stran19 tohoto návodu.

Box je uren pro neupravované 3D skárny Prusa i3 MK3/MK3s
bez pvodního držáku cívky lamentu, který je teba demontovat.
Box je možné použít také pro starší model MK2, pokud skárnu
opatíte nožikami a dosáhnete tak potebné výšky skárny.

Box byl navržen pouze pro použiv bžných podmínkách interiéru.
Prostedí se zvýšenou vlhkos, velmi nízkými nebo výsokými
teplotami, pípadnvenkovní použimže vést k jeho poškození.
•
Ped jakoukoliv manipulací s boxem vždy nejprve vyjmte svou
3D skárnu a cívku s lamentem.
•
Box umisujte vždy na pevný a rovný stl. Nestabilní stl mže
zapíinit pevrhnu. Nerovný povrch stolu mže zpsobit zpíení
dvíek a problém s jejich otvíráním a zavíráním.
•
Box není uzamykatelný. Pi probíhajícím 3D sku tedy nenechávejte
d bez dozoru, nebodvíka boxu mohou kdykoliv otevít.
•
Do držáku cívky lamentu umisujte pouze cívky s lamentem do
1 kg. Strop boxu nezatžujte odkládáním dalších pedmt.
•
Teplota uvnitboxu závísí na mnoha faktorech jako je teplota
v místnos, specikace Vaší skárny, teplota skové podložky nebo
délka sku. Pi sku nenechávejte skárnu bez dozoru a vždy
monitorujte teplotu uvnitboxu pomocí teplomru (není souás).
Píliš vysoká teplota uvnitmže poškodit skárnu, box nebo
dokonce zpsobit požár.

Hlavním úelem používání boxu je získat lepší kontrolu nad
teplotou okolního vzduchu bhem 3D sku a také omezit
nepíjemný zápach. Výrobek však v žádném pípadneslouží
k ochranVašeho zdraví a nesnižuje možná zdravotní rizika spojená
s používáním 3D skárny.

start to assemble and use this product un�l you have read and
understood the instruc�ons and warnings.
This enclosure is heavy and should be assembled and moved only
by someone physically strong enough to carry out this task. Minors
should perform the assembly only under adult supervision.
•
Keep small screws and bolts provided in the package out of reach
of children to prevent choking.
•
To assemble your enclosure use tools provided in the package.
•
Avoid over-ghtening the screws and bolts. Especially acrylic parts
can be easily damaged by over-ghtening.
•
Handle acrylic parts with cauon, as the edges may be sharp.
The sharp edges are caused by burrs that occur on the extruded
acrylic during laser cung. Such a burr is an inevitable consequence
of the manufacturing process and can not be considered
as a product defect. Burrs can be however easily removed aer
compleng your assembly, please see page 19 of this assembly
instrucon for full details.
•
This enclosure is designed for unmodied 3D printers Prusa i3
MK3/MK3s without original lament spool holder. However, it can
also be used with the older MK2 model if you mount the printer
with feet to achieve the required printer height.
•
This product is intended for indoor use only. Too low or high
emperature, excessive humidity or outdoor use could lead to
product damage.
•
Always remove your 3D printer and lament spool before moving,
liing or carrying your enclosure.
•
Place enclosure on stabilized table with at surface to avoid
undesired vibraons during 3D prinng or even table overturning.
An uneven surface may also cause the door of enclosure to jam.
•
Your enclosure is not lockable. Therefore, do not leave children
unaended while 3D prinng is in progress, as they can open the
door of enclosure at any me.
•
Only place a single lament spool of up to 1 kg in the acrylic lament
spool holder. Do not place other objects on top of the enclosure.
•
The temperature inside the enclosure depends on many factors such
as room temperature, your 3D printer's specicaon,
the temperature of the heat bed, or the length of the prinng. Do not
leave the printer unaended when prinng and always monitor the
temperature inside the enclosure using thermometer (not included).
High temperatures can damage your printer or even cause a re.
•
The main purpose of this product is to gain beer control of the
ambient air temperature during 3D prinng and also to reduce
unpleasant plasc odor. However, the product does not serve to
protect your health and does not reduce the potenal risks associated
with inhaled vapors and fumes from your 3D printer.
