calls from the door unit;
Intercom calls to other smartphones connected
to the same account;
Perform the Auto-on function (“Cameras”
function available only on /58A call sender
devices) to see the image taken by the door
unit and connected control cameras on the

IMPORTANT: Using the Ref. 1083/58A the
“View camera” and “Cameras” video functions,
including any subsequent view from surveillance
cameras, are available on the smartphone even if

2. COMMON FUNCTIONS
2.1. RECEIVING A CALL
When a call is received on an IOS/Android (version
10 or higher) device, the smartphone will ring and
an alert will appear.
Access the notication to open the Urmet CallMe
App that will appear as follows:
Call reception
When a call is received on an Android device
(version 9 or lower), the smartphone will ring and the
“Call reception” screen will immediately appear.
The ringing stops after 1 minute.
There are 3 possible options:
1) Select “View camera”.
By clicking on “View camera” you can see your
visitor’s picture before answering the call. This
feature is particularly useful when you wish to
‘make sure’ who is at the door before taking
any action. This could be the case if you wish to
help elderly or sick family members be sure of
the identity of their visitors. Displaying the caller
picture will not prevent being able to answer
the video door phone installed indoors.
