Installation
Installation of the oven
• The oven must be positioned in a dry, airy space
with good ventilation. The position of the oven
should ensure free access to its touch-control
keys.
•
The finishing and adhesive materials used to
house the oven, must be able to withstand a
temperature of 100 °C. If these conditions are
not met, the surface finish or coating of the units
may warp.
•
Cut out an area in the housing unit as per the
dimensions shown on the diagram.
• Fully insert the oven into the recess and secure
using four screws (as shown in the drawing) to
prevent it from moving.

Electrical connection
•
The oven must be powered by a single-phase AC system (230 V 1 N~50 Hz) and fitted with
a 3 x 1.5 mm 2power cord, roughly 1.5 m long with an earthed outlet.
• The socket must be fitted with an earth wire and must not be positioned above the oven.
Once the oven is installed, ensure the electrical socket is easily accessible.
• Before plugging in, check that:
- the circuit breaker and electrical system can handle the load from the oven,
- the electrical installation is equipped with an effective earthed system that complies
with current standards and regulations,
- the socket is easily accessible.
NOTE:
If the fixed power cable is defective, to avoid any risk it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, in a repair centre or by
an authorised professional.

User guide
Before using the oven for the first time
•
Remove all packaging and clean the oven to eliminate any residue left by items of protective
packaging.
•
Remove all accessories from the oven and clean them in warm water with a cleaning agent.
•
Heat the oven to 250 °C, using the normal convection setting, for roughly 30 minutes,
remove all residue and wash thoroughly.
• Carefully clean the inside of the oven.
Clean the inside of the oven using warm water and just a small amount of cleaning product.
NOTE:
When you connect this appliance to the power supply for
the first time, or after a power failure, the symbols "0.00"
will appear on the electronic display. You must then set
the clock (see chapter Setting the clock).
The oven cannot be used if the clock is not set.

Setting the clock
The time ‘0.00’ will flash after the appliance has been connected to electricity or after the
power supply has been cut off.
OK
To adjust the clock, do the following:
• Press OK, the symbol will appear on the screen.
• Adjust the clock time using the < and > buttons.
7 seconds after setting the clock, the new data is stored and the screen stops flashing.
To change the time, press the keys < and > at the same time to make the time on the screen
flash. The time can then be corrected using the keys < and >.
NOTE:
The oven can be switched on once the symbol is displayed.
Timer
The timer can be activated at any time. It can be adjusted from 1 minute to 23 hours and 59
minutes. To adjust the timer, do the following:
• Press OK. The symbol flashes on the display:
• Adjust the timer time using the < and > keys.
The selected timer duration appears on the screen along with the symbol , indicating
that the timer function is enabled.
When the time has elapsed, a sound is made and the symbol flashes.
•
Press OK, < or > to mute the beeper, the display is turned off and the screen indicates
the time.

NOTE:
If the alarm is not manually deactivated, it will automatically
stop after about 7 minutes.
Timed cooking
To switch off the oven at a set time:
• Set the oven's function and temperature control buttons to the required function mode
positions.
• Press and hold the OK button until the display briefly lights up and the X symbol starts
to flash.
• Set the required cooking time using the < / > buttons, from 1 minute to 10 hours.
The set time is saved after about 7 seconds, at which point the display shows the current
time again and the symbol lights up.
When the set time has elapsed, the oven switches off automatically, beeps and the
symbol starts to flash.
• Set the oven function and temperature control buttons to the off position.
•
To deactivate the beep sound, press and hold the OK button or simultaneously press and
hold the < / > buttons, the X symbol goes out and the current time appears in the display.
Deleting settings
You can delete the setting of the timer or the working time.
Deleting the time settings:
• Press the < / > buttons simultaneously.
Deleting the timer settings:
• Using the OK button, select the timer function.
• Press the < / > buttons again.
