Product introduction
SL-400 Multi-functionalBowl Cutter (The following
abbreviations Bowl Cutter) is a well-designed and manufactured
new product by the R&D Department of our company according to
market-oriented types of food.
Bowl Cutter is suitable for processing all kinds of fresh meat,
vegetables, melons, fruits, etc. Not only can the processing food
keep their original nutrient, but they can also have a good taste
and fresh-keeping effect. This line of product structure is designed
reasonably. It uses "S" Shape blade to cut, making the speed faster
and food flatter. Moreover, the food tray rotates at a low speed,
thus having a superior effect. Besides this, the food tray can be
removed easily and food material is convenient and quick to take
out. The food trayis made of high quality stainless steelin
accordance with food sanitation level. Its body is made of cast
aluminum and has no pollution to food’s processing. Besides, it
conforms to the requirement of the ROHS standard. The materials
contact with food all meet national food sanitation standards as
well as testing requirement of LFGB in European Union. This line of
machine is easy to handle, assemble, disassemble and easy to
change and adjust the blade, which makes it have the following

features, reliable, elegant, convenient to remove and easy to wash.
It is widely used in restaurants, hotels,canteens, supermarkets and
food processing enterprises.
Product’s structural features
1. TheBowl Cutter cut up all kinds of food by using the blade
directly, which can ensure their original nutrientand have a
better taste.
2. Its body is made of aluminum alloy and the surface is anodized,
which makes it have a more durableanti- corrosion and
anti-rust effect.
3. The blade and food tray use high quality stainless steel, sturdy
and durable, which meets with international health standards.
4. Thefood tray can be removed quickly, which makes it
convenient to take out and easy to clean after processing the
food material.
5. Working with the "S" Shape blade will ensure fast speed, high
efficiency, and saving more manpower & time.
6. Once you open the tray cover slightly under the state of
running, it will immediately stop operating so as to ensure its
safety. And the tray cover can be pulled outdirectly when you
turn it up to vertical, making it easy to clean.
7. The product’s waterproof level reaches IPX4 and has a overall

waterproof, thus it can have a better cleaning effect.
8. The product is equipped with multiple super convenient
manual knobs to lock the blade so as to prevent the blade from
loosening.
9. Fixed supporting legsare equipped with adjustable knobs,
which is suitable for different sites.

ⅢBowl Cutter’s Operation
1. Please put theBowl Cutter on the firm working platform after
opening the box. The four machine’s feet can be rotated freely to
make an up and down adjustment, making the machine more
stable.
2. Firstly, check whether the power is in correspondence with Bowl
Cutter’s input power according to the Bowl Cutter’s parameters on
the nameplate. Then clean up the parts contact with food
according to cleaning procedures.
3. Leakage protection’s installation is needed in front of the power
plug. Its rated current should not be smaller than 32A.The action
current is not more than30mA. The action time is not more
than0.1s. Make sure socket grounding wire has reliable grounding
protection;

4. Food choice. Prepare the size of the food according to the technical
parameters. The width of all food can’t exceed 4cm andthe
thickness can’t exceed 3cm. There is no special requirement to the
length of the food so long as it’s soft food. (PS: no bone in food)
5. Switch on the power supply and press the green start button, the
machine will run automatically with indicator light being on, main axle
and food tray operating.
6. ObserveBowl Cutter’s operating direction.
The food tray should operate ina counterclockwise direction, while the
main knife shaft in a clockwise direction Under the state of normal
running, food can be cut up after the machine keeps running around 2
minutes.
7. The operator should be dressed neatlywithout cuffs opening. And

the operator can use special oversleeve, standing in front of the Bowl
Cutter.
8. All the processing food will be cut up automatically. If you want food
to be tinier, you can extend the operating time.
9. After a tray of food is cut up, you can take it out with the special
spoon. If there is abaffle, you can take it out with the help of the baffle.
Another way to take out the food material is removing the whole food
tray. Please refer to "Title IV".
10. Shut down. Pressthe red stop button, and then the machine stops
running immediately. If you don’t use Bowl Cutter for a long time, you
should pull out the power plug or close the main power switch.
Meanwhile, the tray cover should cover the blade completely.

1. Disassembly & Installation, Adjustment of Bowl Cutter’s Tray Cover
First of all, Open the tray cover, turn up to thevertical position, and
then pull it out slowly. With the axle pin justgoing through the location
hole, you can take out the tray cover smoothly. Make sure the tray
cover axle is fully in place when installing and can be flipped smoothly.
2. Disassembly & Installation, Adjustment of Bowl Cutter’s meat
blocking plate
Unscrew meat blockingplate locking knob by handin the
counterclockwise direction, then pull out themeat blocking plate from
the outside. Make sure the meat blocking plate is right downward and
fully in place. After that, tighten its locking knob. Lastly, pay attention
to observe the space between the blade and the open slot of meat
blocking plate.
