GENERAL
Introduction
ML 126877 is supplied with a power cord and
requires a 240 Volt, 1Phase NEMA 14-30R
receptacle for operation at either 208 or 240 volts.
ML 126879 has a "J" box for direct electrical
connection and requires a 208-240 / 60 / 1 supply.
These units are similar to the current Model VFB12.
The units have the same physical construction as
the FB12 but have the following differences:
•Software change
•Total of 4 lamps
•Only 3 lamps are on at a time
•Lamps are always on at full power when lit
•Cook modes consist of Hi, Med, Lo and Brown
•Only available in 208-240 / 60 / 1

SERVICE PROCEDURES AND
ADJUSTMENTS
NOTE: The following procedure is common to both
the FB12 and the FB6.
To Enter a Password
1. Press and hold down the "1" button and press
the "6" button simultaneously.
2. At the prompting of the display, enter a four
digit password.
3. Follow the instructions on the display to either
save or disable the password.
4. Be sure to save the password, even if you want
to disable it.
5. If a password has already been enabled, you
must enter the current password before it will
allow you to change or disable the password.
If You Forget the Password
1. Turn the oven "OFF".
2. Hold down the STOP button as you press the
ON/OFF button to turn the oven on. Continue
to hold down STOP button until beeping is
continuous.
3. Release the STOP button. The display will
briefly show the current password.
NOTE: If no password is saved, only normal power
up information will be displayed.
Clearing Memory
WARNING: DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL
POWER TO THE MACHINE AT THE MAIN
CIRCUIT BOX. PLACE A TAG ON THE CIRCUIT
BOX INDICATING THE CIRCUIT IS BEING
SERVICED.
1. Use the jumper stored on J11 of the control
board.
2. Place the jumper on W2.
3. Turn the oven on.
4. Press the Clear key.
5. The display will read "?CLEAR ALL
MEMORY?".
6. After a few seconds, the display will read "!ALL
MEMORY ZERO!".
NOTE: The recipes and cook cycle counts are
cleared to "0" values.
7. Turn the oven off.
8. Install the jumper in the open position on J11.
Lamp Test
NOTE: Refer to service manual and use buttons 1
and 8.
During the lamp test only the lamp numbers for
lamp positions used in the FB6 will display. The
numbers 1, 5 and 7 will not display because there
are no lamps in those positions.
