Introduction
Thank you for choosing to purchase this quality product. To minimise the risk of injury, we ask you to
always take some basic safety precautions when using this product. Please read this operating manual
carefully and make sure that you understand it.
Keep these operation instructions in a safe place.
Safety instructions
•Before operation, check the local prescriptions.
•The fire basket present is only suitable for outdoor use. Do not use it on wooden terraces.
•The fire basket present is only designed for burning logs and coal. Do not use any paper, leaves,
and other flammable material.
•Keep children and animals away from the fire basket.
• Only use the fire basket with caution, as it becomes hot during use. Burning hazard! Do
not touch the hot fire basket bare-handed.
•Never leave a burning fire basket unattended and extinguish the fire completely before leaving
the basket.
•Keep a minimum distance of 6 m between the fire basket and all flammable surfaces or build-
ings.
•Do not use the fire basket near flammable or highly flammable objects or materials.
•Only the chromed cooking grate is suitable for preparing food. The coal grate is not suitable for
cooking and should not be used for this purpose.
• Always wear gloves and protective goggles when filling the fire basket or extinguishing
the fire.
•For emergency, hold a fire extinguisher ready near the fire basket.
•Place the logs onto the coal grate and light them with the help of a match. Do not overload the
fire basket.
•During use, use the barbecue hook provided.
Warning!
•Alcohol and/or medicine consumed might impair the ability to properly assemble and safely use
the fire basket.
•When using the fire basket, take the same precautions as you would with any other open fire.
• Never use the fire basket to heat interior rooms. Toxic carbon monoxide damps might
accumulate and cause choking fits or even death.

Assembly
Note! Do not tighten the screws too much.
Step 1
Mount the legs (E) to the big supporting ring (D1)
with the help of the screws (H). Do not tighten the
screws completely yet.
Step 2
Now fix the small supporting ring (D2) to each
leg (E) with the help of the screws (H), then
tighten the screws.
Step 3
Mount the spark arrestor hood (A) with the help
of the hood ring (G). Place the fire basket (C)
onto the stand assembled, then place the coal
grate (B) into the basket. Fix the spark arrestor
hood (A) onto the fire basket.
Step 4
For barbecuing: Remove the spark arrestor
hood (A). Place the cooking grate (I) into the bas-
ket.
