I. Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new XTS-810 2.0 channel soundbar
from Xtech. We invite you to visit us at www.xtechamericas.com for support

• Bluetooth® functionality makes it easy to stream music wirelessly from
compatible devices
• 60 watts of total power output through four 2-inch full-range drivers to
deliver superior audio
• Built-in USB and SD™ ports to enjoy tracks stored in a flash drive or
memory card
• Coaxial, optical digital input, and an Auxiliary 3.5mm jack to stream audio
from a DVR, Blueray or DVD player
• Convenient remote control

To get the most of your audio system, please take a few minutes to read the
following instructions and familiarize yourself with the operation of the unit.
Before setting up the device, make sure that the following items are

Unpack your unit carefully. We recommend that you save the box and all
original packing materials, in case you wish to store the unit, or if you ever
need to return it for service.

It exhibits the input modes available: Bluetooth® (blue), Aux
input (Aux), Coaxial (Coa), Optical (Opt), USB and SD™;
also displays the volume level and the track being played.
Press and hold this button to turn the soundbar on or off.
Press it briefly to toggle among the available input modes
on the soundbar: Bluetooth® / Aux input / Coaxial / Optical
/ USB / SD™.
Press this button to play or pause the music coming from
the soundbar.
Press and hold this button to increase the volume level
coming from the soundbar. Press it briefly to play the next
track on your play list.
Available in BT, USB and SD™ modes.
Press and hold this button to decrease the volume level
coming from the soundbar. Press this button briefly to play
the previous track on your play list.
Available in BT, USB and SD™ modes.
Allows music playback from compatible media files stored
in a USB storage device.
Allows music playback from compatible media files stored
in a SD™ memory card.

Button Description
Allows the connection of any device equipped with an
auxiliary 3.5mm audio jack (for wired playback).
Provides audio connection for a TV, DVD player or receiver.
Provides the audio connection for a high definition TV, DVD
player, game console, a cable box or other compatible
devices.
Insert the power cord plug in an AC outlet to provide
power to your device (100-240V).

IV. Preliminary steps
Wall mount installation
1. The soundbar can be placed on a desktop or hang on the wall (horizontally or
vertically).
2. If you decide to mount the soundbar on the wall, determine the location and
mark the holes on the surface.
Press it to enable/disable the Standby mode.
Press this button briefly to turn on the Bluetooth®function
and start pairing the soundbar.
The BT mode is the soundbar default mode so the unit will
automatically turn to BT once it is turn on.
Note: If another source, like USB flash drive or SD™
memory card is connected to the soundbar, the unit will
start playing audio from any of these sources.
Press to start and pause media.
Cancels the audio coming from the soundbar. Press it
again to unmute the device.
Use this button to activate the audio connection for a TV,
DVD player or receiver.
Press this button briefly to play audio stored in a USB flash
drive.
Press it briefly to play audio stored in a SD™ memory card.
Press this button briefly to switch to the optical digital
mode to play audio coming from a device connected to the
optical digital port.
Press it to decrease the audio level coming from the
soundbar.

3. Drill pilot holes and insert the corresponding screws on the wall, leaving
26.5in of space between the head and the wall surface.
4. Carefully slide the soundbar over the screws that have just been installed.
Note: Mounting hardware is not included.
Initial setup
1. The remote control battery is already installed from factory. Remove the
plastic tab from the battery to operate the remote control included with the
soundbar.
Note: Replace the battery if you notice that the remote stops working or its
range seems reduced.
2. Then proceed to connect the RCA to RCA right angle cable to connect both
ends of the soundbar.
V. USB, TF Auxiliary, Optical and Coaxial connections.
1. Insert one end of the supplied coaxial or optical digital cable into the
matching input jack on the back of the soundbar and the other end on the
device you wish to play audio from.
2. Next, insert the supplied 3.5mm to RCA cable into the auxiliary jack of the
soundbar, connect the other end of the cable to a TV equipped with an
RCA audio jack output.
3. Likewise, if you want to play music directly from a flash drive or memory card,
simply insert your storage device into the USB or SD™ port on the right side
of the unit.
4. Plug the supplied power adapter into the DC jack on the soundbar. Then plug
the AC cable into the wall outlet.
5. After making sure all connections are done correctly, power the soundbar by
pressing the ON/OFF button located on the unit.
VI. Advanced operation
Pairing the soundbar with your Bluetooth®device
Note: Before installing this product, please make sure your device is compatible
with Bluetooth®.
1. Enable the Bluetooth®feature on your audio device and set it to discover the
wireless soundbar.
2. Place your wireless device and the soundbar not more than one meter away
from each other.

VII. Troubleshooting
3. Next, cycle to the Bluetooth®feature on the soundbar by pressing the
MODE button found on the right side panel and select it as the input source.
The blue indication will start blinking and a tone will be heard to indicate that
the soundbar has entered into the pairing mode.
4. Once the soundbar appears listed under the newly found Bluetooth®
devices (XTS-810) of your wireless device, select it and wait a few seconds
for pairing.
5. When pairing is successful, the blue indication will stand still and a tone will
be heard indicating that the Bluetooth® is connected. If after 60 seconds the
pairing process fails, please repeat steps 1 through 5 described above.
6. You can now start streaming audio through the soundbar wirelessly from
your favorite Bluetooth®- enabled devices.
7. The soundbar will re-pair automatically to the memorized device when the
BT mode is selected on the unit after being turn off and on again.
Note: In Bluetooth®mode, the soundbar will automatically turn off if the unit
hasn´t been active for about 10 minutes.
In any of the other modes, the LED display will automatically turn off if the unit
hasn´t been active for about 20 minutes. The soundbar will become active
again as soon as any button is touched.

Precautions
• Do NOT drop, hit or shake the device.
• Do NOT disassemble, repair or modify the soundbar yourself.
• There are no user serviceable parts inside the unit. Only qualified personnel
should be allowed to perform repairs on the unit without voiding the warranty.
• Do NOT use cleaning products that contain benzene, solvents or alcohol.
• Do NOT expose the soundbar to excessive heat or to direct sunlight for long
periods of time.
• Do NOT place heavy objects on top of the soundbar.
• Do NOT use near a microwave oven or wireless LAN products.
• Do NOT place containers with liquid on top or near the soundbar.
• The device must be placed on a flat and stable surface.
