I. Notice to users
1.Please read the manual carefully before using the sweeper for the first time; please
keep the manual for reference by other users.
2.Before using the sweeper, please check whether all parts are in good condition. If
there is any problem, please contact the dealer in time.
3.This machine can't wade in water, wash directly or without protection in heavy rain
and snow to avoid damage caused by water entering internal electrical components.
4.This machine uses DC power, but
(1) Do not touch the charging socket with wet hands;
(2) Do not touch the positive and negative electrodes of the charging socket with
hands or metal objects at the same time.
5. Please do not use the battery energy to the lowest voltage (under voltage recovery
value) when using it every time. If the battery is often used, the deep discharge in
this situation will seriously affect the service life of the battery. In addition, we should
try our best to avoid the phenomenon of insufficient electricity or charging, as well as
long-term storage without charging after use. It is hoped that the user can fully charge
the battery in time and charge it as soon as it is used. If it is not used for a long time,
the battery should be stored after being fully charged and replenished regularly
(generally no more than 30 days).
6. All batteries will be affected by temperature. When the temperature is high, the
discharge performance of the battery is good and the capacity is high. When the
temperature is below 0 ℃ , the capacity of the battery will decrease by more than
1 / 3. In all severe cold weather, the mileage of the battery will be reduced after one-
time charging, which is a normal phenomenon; when the temperature rises, the
battery function will naturally return to normal.
7. In summer, it is necessary to prevent the machine from being exposed to the sun for
a long time, otherwise, if the temperature exceeds 60 ℃ , the electrical appliances of
the machine may not work normally.
8. If the machine is suddenly cooled from cold to hot, the electronic components will
be dewed. The condensation should be eliminated before the machine is installed.
9. For the safety of others, please do not lend the sweeper to people who can't operate
it, especially minors.
10. The machine should be used correctly. Attention should be paid to the use
conditions and traffic safety
11. Please do not disassemble the machine by yourself. If there is any problem, please
contact the dealer

IV. Operation guide
1. Charging operation
Due to the delivery, transportation and storage of the new machine, a certain period
of time is required, which may cause the battery to be insucient. Please make sure
that the battery is fully charged before using electric drive. You must use the special
charger congured or designated by our company for charging, otherwise it will
damage the battery and even cause re hazard.
(1) Carefully check whether the rated input voltage of charger is consistent with the
grid voltage
(2) e battery is charged directly on the car.
(3) Please connect the output plug of the charger with the charger hole of the
battery, and then connect the input plug of the charger to the AC power supply.
(4) At this time, the power supply and charging indicator red light on the charger,
indicating that the power has been connected and charging has started.
(5) If the battery is not used for a long time, please be sure to store it with sucient
electricity. If the battery is stored for more than one month, it needs to be
recharged once a month.
(6) Generally, the charging indicator will be delayed, that is, when charging, the
indicator will be on for several seconds after the power supply is connected;
after charging, the indicator light will turn o several seconds after the power
supply is disconnected, which is a normal phenomenon.
(7) e charger shall be used in dry and ventilated environment to facilitate heat
dissipation of electronic components. Do not cover the charger.
(8) When not charging, do not connect the charger to the handover power supply
for a long time to avoid aecting the charger life or other hazards.
(9) e charger is a precision electronic product. It is better not to carry the charger
along with the vehicle to avoid bumping and vibration when driving, so as to
avoid damage to the charger
(10) It takes about 3-10 hours to charge. When the charging indicator changes
from red to green, it indicates that the battery is fully charged.
(11) e maximum continuous charging time shall not exceed 15 hours
(12) After charging, the plug on the DC power supply should be pulled out rst,
and then the plug connected to the battery side should be pulled out.

2. Cleaning operation
(1) Rolling brush and disc brush switch (as shown in Fig. 1)
Switch position
A.ON
In this position, the circuit of rolling brush and disc brush is
connected, and the electricity meter indicates that the rolling
brush and disc brush work
B.OFF
In this position, the circuit of rolling brush and disc brush is
cut off, the electricity meter has no indication, and the rolling
brush and disc brush cannot work
e charging device and battery should be placed in a safe place.
Children and people unfamiliar with the operation are forbidden to
contact.
(2) Fan switch device (as shown in Fig. 2)

C.ON
In this position, the fan circuit is connected and the fan
works
D.OFF
In this position, the fan circuit is cut off and the fan
cannot work

(4) Brush disc height adjustment (as shown in the figure)
(5) Roller brush height adjustment (as shown in the figure)
Adjust the brush height in clockwise direction;
Please adjust the disc brush to a reasonable height. If it
is too low, it will increase the power consumption and
accelerate the wear of the disc brush
(3) Instructions for use:
A. Before use, please check whether the tire rotation is flexible, whether the fasteners are
fastened reliably, and whether the disc brush belt rotates normally.
B. Please adjust the height of roller brush and disc brush to proper position before use.C.
Do not reverse the car when the roller brush works, so as to avoid damage to the motor
and controller.
D. When the power is insufficient, the control circuit of the machine will automatically
stop the work of rolling brush and disc brush, but it can work after restarting. Do not
turn on and off repeatedly to avoid damaging the battery.brushes, but it can work after

V. Maintenance
1. In the process of using the machine, it is not necessary to carry out maintenance and
repair, generally once a week.
1) Check the electrical plug and cable for damage.
(2) Check the estimated fasteners for looseness.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance
The front axle, rear axle and other transmission parts should be regularly filled with
lubricating oil.
A. Motor maintenance
The motor adopts high efficiency rare earth permanent magnet motor. It has high
efficiency, high output power, low noise, high starting torque, good dust-proof,
waterproof and shockproof performance. However, attention should be paid to the
maintenance.
B. Battery maintenance
The company adopts high quality alloy plate, ultra pure electrolyte, small self discharge
rate, less water loss, high sealing reaction rate, long service life, high energy, fully sealed,
maintenance free lead-acid battery. Do not use the battery for a long time or do not
charge after use. In this way, the inner electrode of the battery will produce sulfation,
reduce the battery capacity and shorten the service life. Avoid deep discharge. When
the energy display is insufficient, it is better to turn off the power supply and do not
start it repeatedly, so as to avoid damaging the battery. The battery will be affected by
the temperature. When the temperature drops to ℃ , the power of the battery may
decrease. Therefore, when winter comes or in cold areas, it is normal to reduce the
driving distance after one charge. When the temperature rises above 20 ℃ , its function
will recover naturally.
C. Controller
The controller adopts microcomputer chip and peripheral digital circuit design. It has
many control points, fast response and high reliability. Stable start-up, fast acceleration,
no speed regulation, can arbitrarily design the voltage range of speed regulation, easy to
operate and comfortable. It has the function of under voltage and over protection.
(1) Avoid rain and short circuit of controller.
(2) Avoid covering articles and affect the heat dissipation of the controller.
