Please read this instruction manual before you
begin assembly. Great care has been taken
to design these instructions and following
them will help you with quicker assembly and
minimize the risk of injury.
It is important that you keep these instructions
for future reference.
This list is not exhaustive - You are responsible
for your own safety!
• Alwaysassembleandoperatetheproductonalevel
surface.
• Alwaysusetheproductonalevelsurface,ensure
thattheproductisstablebeforeuse.
• Alwaysallowaclearspacemeasuring1metrewide
by2metreslongdirectlybehindthetreadmill.
• Thisproductisprovidedwithasafetykey.The
treadmillwillnotoperatewithoutthesafetykey
inserted.
• Asafetykeyisttedincaseofneedforan
emergencystop.
• Thesafetykeyshouldbeattachedtotheuservia
thecordandclip.Ifforanyreasontheuserfallsthe
cordwillpullthesafetykeyfromthetreadmillandthe
treadmillwillbegintodecelerate.
• Inanemergencytakeholdofthehandrailsandplace
yourfeetonthesideplatformsprovided,onceyou
arestablepulloutthesafetykey,thetreadmillwill
begintodecelerateuntilitstops.
• Thesafetylevelofthisequipmentcanonlybe
maintainedonlyifitisregularlyexaminedforwear
andtear.
• Replacedefectivecomponentsimmediately,and/or

Assembly instructions
PREPARE YOUR WORK AREA - It is important you assemble the product in a clean and
uncluttered space.
WORK WITH A FRIEND - We recommend you have someone assist you with the assembly as
some of the components are quite heavy.
OPEN THE CARTON - Check any warnings on the carton and make sure you have it the right
way up.
UNPACK THE CARTON - BUT DO NOT TAKE TREADMILL OUT OF THE CARTON
• Removeallthepartsandpackagingfromabovethetreadmillandlaythemoutontheoor.
• Flattenthesidesofthecartonandremovetherestofthepackagingfromaroundthetreadmill.

pull in any excess cable between
the console and handle post.

Operational instructions
Final Check
Your treadmill is now assembled. Please make the following final checks:
• Makesureallscrews/boltsaretightened.
• Makesuretheequipmentisonaat,levelsurface.
Power Up
1.Plugoneendofpowercableintothetreadmillasshown.
2.PlugtheotherendintoasuitableACoutlet(220-240volt,50Hz).
3.Switchthetreadmillonusingtheon/oswitch.
4.Attachthesafetykeytotheconsole.
NOTE: Before you run on the treadmill for the first time, allow the treadmill to run independently
for 10 minutes. Check the running mat is tightened correctly and runs smoothly. If you think the
mat needs adjusting please see “Care & Maintenance” section for more details.
Folding the treadmill
Before folding the treadmill, make sure it is on the lowest
incline setting, then turn off and unplug the treadmill. Lift
the deck slowly with both hands, until it clicks.
Unfolding the treadmill
Pull the release handle, then lower the deck to the ground.
To move the treadmill
This treadmill is easy to move around safely. Please
follow the instructions to fold the treadmill before
moving it.
Hold both handlebars and tilt the treadmill until you are
able to use the transportation wheels to move it. Transportation wheel

Safety Key
The treadmill will only operate when the safety key is in
position - if the safety key is removed while the treadmill
is in operation, it will stop immediately. Before every
workout session please make sure you attach the safety
key to the console and the clip at the other end to your
clothing. When the treadmill is not in use, you should
remove the safety key and store it somewhere safe, out
of the reach of children.
