automatically contact a remote control room or can be part
of a seamless dial on demand service.
The features described in this manual refer to :
Version 1.2.0.0 of the ZSI-330 firmware

Features
Camera switching
The ZSI-330 supports 16 video inputs and 1 video output. The video output is shared between a single local
operator (if present) and the remote operator.
The ZSI-330 can be configured to run a sequence.
Alarm handling
The ZSI-330 supports local alarm events which can be used trigger a range of functions:
• Dialling a remote control room – to report the alarm remotely
• Reporting the alarm to a keyboard – to report the alarm locally
• Energising a local relay
• Sending a local camera to a preset
It can take as an alarm source either its own contact alarm inputs or alarm inputs via a ZoneVu receiver (or
supported 3rd party dome – see ZSI-EFD support document).
Auxiliary Outputs
The ZSI-330 supports auxiliary relay outputs which can be mapped to a range of ZoneVu commands. They
can also be controlled via alarm events.
EFD support
The ZSI-330 supports Meyertech extensive range of 3rd party EFDs (embedded firmware drivers) on the
ZVR port. Contact Meyertech Sales for details of EFD support.
Security
The ZSI-330 supports a PIN code which prevents access to the site by all but authorised equipment.

Configuration
Configuration of the ZSI-330 is done through the RS232 port using Meyertech’s Windows based
configuration tool Mpower.
The ZSI-330 detects when a lead is attached to the RS232 port using the MODE pins, and enters
configuration mode.
In configuration mode, the CPU LED flashes at a faster rate and the ZoneVu port is disabled.
