1. First assemble the frame. As shown in the figure, the left and right
aluminum profiles A clamp the upper and lower aluminum profiles B,
The four pin end points are connected by corner grooves.
2. The angle groove connection method is as shown, the angle
groove is inserted into the groove of the aluminum profile and
then the machine screw is used fixed.

1: As shown, insert the assembled frame into the X-axis assembly.
1: Pass the timing belt under the first roller according to the
direction in the figure, and then go around to the top of the
synchronization wheel and then pass under the second roller.

2: The timing belt is fixed by T-nuts. Tighten the timing
belt and plug the T-nut in the direction shown in the figure.
Put it into the aluminum profile and fix it with machine screws.
2: As shown, the frame and X-axis components are assembled.
3: As shown in the figure, the corner groove is inserted into the
two aluminum profile grooves to complete, and then fixed with
machine screws.
4: As shown in the figure, one corner of the frame is fixed,
and the other three corners are operated in the same way.

3: One end of the synchronous belt is fixed as shown in the figure.
1: First, pass the timing belt out of the long hole at the bottom
corner, and then fix the bottom corner with screws to the frame.
2: As shown in the figure, the bottom corner is fixed.
Use the same method for the remaining two bottom
corners.
4: As shown in the figure, the timing belt is fixed and the
remaining timing belts are fixed in the same way.
1: Install the Y-axis limit switch component next to
the control board and fix it with screws.
2: As shown in the figure, the installation is complete.
1: The fixing method of the control board is the same as the fixing
method of the bottom corner. The fixing holes on the control board
are as shown in the figure.
2: As shown in the figure, the control board is fixed.

1: Installation The operation of the laser lifting
plate is shown in the figure, and the laser
Connect with the lifting plate.
2: As shown in the figure, the connection between the laser
and the lifting board is completed.
3: As shown in the figure, first loosen the thumb screw on the heat sink
aluminum block properly, then snap the laser and the lifting plate part
of the lifting board module into the heat sink aluminum block, and finally
tighten the screw
4: As shown in the figure, the laser is fixed to the
lifting board module
Note: Use our Type C rotary requires adjustment: $101=40step/mm
(Y-axis travel resolution in steps per millimeter.)

Caution: Avoid eye or skin exposure to direct radiation.

Shutdown steps: When you are not using the machine, first cut off the
power, then turn off the software, at last dial out the USB cable.
Safety Guide
1. When the laser engraver is working, the operator should not leave it, just in case the materials
being carved catch fire.
2. When the laser engraver is in use, wearing laser safety glasses is mandatory for the operator as
well as any person in the proximity of the machine. Our Ahwoo Laser Warrior ships with a pair of
goggles but additional laser safety glasses can be purchased commercially. Goggle Requirements:
WaveLength Protection 400-445nm (+-5nm), O.D.+5, L-Rating Minimum required L5
3. Use the laser engraver in a room that can be closed by a door and ensure that neither laser
beams nor stray light can penetrate through the windows.
4. While using the laser engraver, use door signs or a warning light on the door that indicates the
laser engraver is in operation.
5. Make sure that there are no flammable materials near the laser engraver, we recommend the
use of a fireproof pad as a work surface.
6. When operating the laser engraver, ensure that there is adequate ventilation. Engraving certain
materials might produce smoke that should be evacuated by the use of a dedicated filtered Air
Extracton.
7. Do not reach or touch the laser beam or use tools while machine is operating. This can result in
severe burn injuries or reflection of the beam
8. Do not let children or adolescents work alone with the laser engraver. Adult supervision is
required at all times
9. For commercial use, the use and registration of supervisory authority and the professional
association is mandatory.
