Introduction
You are holding the service manual for the WM25 generation of washing machines.
There are three types of washing machine in the WM25 series: WM25.1, WM25.2, WM25.3. The following
page presents the different versions, to help you identify the machine types. The variants are named differ-
ently from market to market. The type designation is the most important factor for identifying the machine
type. The type designation can be found on the machine plate, which is located inside the machine’s door.
It should be easy to service a washing machine. It is important that you, as a service technician, are given
the conditions to be able to carry out work in an efficient and satisfactory way. Our hope is that this service
manual is a useful tool for your daily work.
