Setting up PS3 and XBox to 1080i output
Setting up PS3 to 1080i output
To set up PS3 to 1080i output:
1. UsinganHDMIcable,connectthePS3toahigh-denitionexternaldisplay.
2. Go to My PS3 > System Settings > Display > Video output settings > HDMI
> Customer,thenchoose1080i or 720P.
3. TurnoffthePS3.
4. ConnecttheHDMItransmittertothePS3andtheHDMIreceivertotheexternal
display.
5. Turnonallthedevices.
Setting up XBox 360 to 1080i output
1. UsinganHDMIcable,connecttheXBox360toahigh-definitionexternal
display.
2. Go to My XBOX > System Settings > Console Settings > Display > HDTV
Settings,thenchoose1080i or 720P.
3. TurnofftheXBox360.
4. UsingthebundledHDMIcables,connecttheHDMI transmittertotheXBox360
andtheHDMI receivertotheexternaldisplay.
5. Turnonallthedevices.
BeforeusingtheBR-HD3WirelessHDMIKit,ensurethatyourPS3orXBox360’sscreen
resolutionissetto1080i.Refertothefollowingsectionsformoredetails.

Setting up your computer to 1080i output
Using Windows®utility
To use Windows utility:
1. Right-clickanywhereonWindows
desktop,andclick Screen resolution.
2. Click Advanced settings.
• Ensurethatyourcomputerisconnectedtoahigh-denitionexternaldisplayusingan
HDMIcable.
• BeforeusingtheBR-HD3WirelessHDMIKit,ensurethatyourcomputer’sscreen
resolutionissetto1080i.Refertothefollowingsectionsformoredetails.

Troubleshooting
IR relay does not work.
1. ChecktheIRcableconnection.
a. Thepart of the IR Blaster withthe Player sidestickeronitmustbe
connectedtotheBR-HD3transmitter.
Player Side
2. EnsurethattheIRReceiverandIRBlasterarenotplaceddirectlyfacingeach
other.
PlacingtheIRReceiverandIRBlasterdirectlyfacingeachotherresultstoan
innitesignalloop,whichcausestheIRrelayfunctiontofail.
b. ThepartoftheIRReceiverwiththeTV sidestickeronitmustbeplaced
ontheBR-HD3receiver.

Congurer une PS3/XBox en sortie 1080i
Sortie 1080i sur PS3
Pour congurer la PS3 sur une sortie vidéo de 1080i :
1. Àl'aided'uncâbleHDMI,connectezlaPS3àunpériphériqued'afchageHD.
2. SélectionnezParamètres > Paramètres afchage > Paramètres de sortie
vidéo > HDMI > Personnalisé,puissélectionnez1080i ou 720P.
3. ÉteignezlaPS3.
4. Connectezl'émetteurHDMIàlaPS3etlerécepteuraupériphérique
d'afchage.
5. Allumeztouslespériphériques.
Sortie 1080i sur XBox 360
1. Àl'aided'uncâbleHDMI,connectezlaXBox360àunpériphériqued'afchage
HD.
2. Sélectionnez Ma Xbox > Paramètres système > Paramètres de la console >
Afchage > Paramètres TVHD,puissélectionnez1080i ou 720P.
