1. Allmän information

Brännaren får endast användas till avsett ändamål i enlighet med produktens

tekniska data.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten till konstruktionsändringar och reserverar oss för

eventuella tryckfel eller felskrivningar.

Det är ej tillåtet att ändra konstruktionen eller använda komponenter och

tillbehör som ej skriftligt godkänts av Enertech.

Denna installations- och skötselanvisning:

• är att betrakta som en del av brännaren och skall alltid förvaras i

närheten av montageplatsen.

• skall läsas före installation.

• vänder sig till behörig personal.

1.1 Leveranskontroll

• Kontrollera att allt är levererat och att godset inte är transportskadat.

Transportskador anmäls till speditions rman.

• Om något är fel i leveransen, anmäls detta till leverantören.

1.2 Säkerhet

- före installation:

• Installation och arbeten med brännaren och tillhörande systemdelar

får endast genomföras av personer som har genomgått relevant

utbildning.

• Produkten är emballerad för att förhindra att skador kan uppstå vid

hanteringen - Hantera produkten varsamt! För att  ytta större kollin

krävs lyfthjälpmedel.

• Produkten skall transporteras/lagras på ett plant underlag i en torr

miljö, max 80% relativ luftfuktighet, ingen kondens.

Temperatur -20 … +60 °C.

- installation:

• Brännaren skall installeras enligt lokala föreskrifter vad gäller

brandsäkerhet, elsäkerhet och bränsledistribution.

• Lokalen skall uppfylla lokala bestämmelser för ändamålet och vara

försedd med adekvat lufttillförsel.

• Kemikalier nära installationen får ej förekomma.

• Brandsläckare med klass BE rekommenderas.

• Se till att brännaren monteras med ett fritt serviceutrymme.

• Den elektriska installationen skall utföras enligt gällande

starkströmsföreskrifter och på ett fackmannamässigt sätt,

• Säkerställ att brännaren är anpassad för applikationen, se Tekniska

data.

• Alla komponenter ska monteras utan att böjas, vridas eller utsättas

för mekaniska eller termiska krafter som påverkar komponenterna.

• Noggrannhet ska iakttas av installatören så att inga elledningar och

bränsleledningar kläms eller skadas vid installation eller service.

• Vassa kanter kan förekomma på till exempel: brännarrör,  äkthjul och

luftspjäll.

- före första start:

• Brännaren får inte driftsättas utan fungerande säkerhets- och skydds-

anordningar.

• Tillåten omgivningstemperatur vid drift -10 … +60 °C. Relativ

luftfuktighet max 80%, ingen kondens.

• Yttemperaturen på brännarens komponenter kan överstiga 60 °C.

• Iaktta försiktighet, brännaren har rörliga delar, klämrisk kan

förekomma.

• Täthetskontroll ska utföras vid installation och service för att undvika

läckage.

• montage- och installationsarbeten är avslutade och godkända.

• elinstallation är korrekt utförd.

• rökgasvägar och förbränningsluftvägar är fria.

• alla regler-, styr- och säkerhetsanordningar är funktionsdugliga och

korrekt inställda.

• Om pannan är försedd med öppningsbar lucka, ska denna vara

utrustad med lucköppningsbrytare kopplad till brännarens

säkerhetssystem.

• Under drift kan brännarens ljudnivå överskrida 85 dBA - Använd

hörselskydd!

- Drift:

• Genomför alla föreskrivna inställnings-, service- och

inspektionsarbeten inom utsatt tid.

• Vid fast rött sken på eldningsautomaten, kontakta din installatör.

2. Technical data

The burner is intended for:

• Operation in installations according to EN 303 and EN 267.

When operating with a hot air boiler, the LMO24.255 or LMO44.255 control unit must be used.

Fuels:

• FAME/RME according to EN 14214.

• Fuel oil according to DIN 51603-1.

• Fuel oil A Bio 10 according to DIN 51603-6.

• Rapeseed oil DIN 51605:2010–10

2.6 Setting of ignition electrodes and brake

plate

Measurements according to EN 15036-1:2006

Alt.1 The noise level of the burner can be reduced by equipping the burner with

silencer. Installation must be done so it does not prevent air supply to the

burner.

Alt.2 The burner’s noise level can be reduced by connecting the burner’s air

intake to the air duct that opens into an appropriate location. Installation

must be done so it does not prevent air supply to the burner.

Due to different furnace geometries and capacities, it is not possible to

recommend a nozzle model.

2.8 Oil grades

The burner is tested and approved for pure rapeseed oil that complies with

standard DIN 51605:2010-10.

The burner is designed to be able to burn oils with a higher viscosity, both

of biological and fossil origin. The maximum viscosity with which the burner

is tested is 75 mm²/s, 0–130°c. Another way of dening which kind of oil

the burner can handle is that the oil must be of such a nature that it can be

pumped by the burner pump at the temperature the oil has at the point of

access to the pump.

The burner, without the pump, is designed to withstand the more corrosive

environment often created by oils of biological origin.

The Suntec E1069 pump is NOT designed for aggressive oils.

The burner pump has a service life of approx. 3–5 years if the oil is of a grade

that complies with standard DIN 51605:2010-10. If oil of a different grade

is used, especially if the oil contains contaminants such as particles, press

residue, metal swarf etc., or has chemical aggression, the pump may be

expected to have a signicantly shorter service life.

The pump is considered to be a wearing part and is not covered by the

warranty.

Pressure at the pump inlet must be -0.30 to max 2.0 bar. If there is a noise

from the pump, the oil is not pumpable at the current temperature or ow.

A transport oil pump combined with preheater is then needed to supply the

burner’s pump with oil for trouble-free operation.

The oil distribution system must be designed with the required equipment

such as lters, transport oil pump, preheater and reduction valve to provide

trouble -free operation. Max lter size is 120 µm and the oil may need to be

ltered in several steps.

In the case of a standstill in which the oil can be expected to change structure,

for example aging or phase transitions due to temperature and storage, the

burner must be ushed with fuel oil after the standstill. This procedure ensures

a good start after standstill.
