IV Precauons, contraindicaons, warnings

1. Precauons

(1) Please read this manual carefully before use.

(2) The ambient temperature of this product is 10

(4) Please do not place the product too close to a charged object to avoid

electric shock.

(5) Please do not use this product in an environment with relave

humidity greater than 80%.

(6) Please do not place this product too close to the electromagnec

model (such as radio, mobile phone, etc.).

(7) Please do not expose this product to the sun or near the stove, let alone

expose it to the water.

(8) Do not pile the foundaon or drop the product. Do not use it if it is

damaged.

(9) The hair on the forehead, sweat, hat or scarf will aﬀect the accuracy

of the measurement data.

(10) Please make sure that the measurement distance is not more than 5cm.

(11) In order to obtain accurate, stable and reliable measurement data, this

product should be used indoors for 15~20 minutes when the room

temperature varies greatly.

(12) When the forehead sweats or other reasons cause the forehead

temperature to not normally respond to body temperature, please measure

it from behind the earlobe.

(13) When cleaning is required, please gently wipe the surface of the meter

with alcohol.

(14) In case of problems with the product, please contact the distributor

and do not aempt to repair it by yourself.

2. Contraindicaonst

Body temperature does not have a standard value, please consult your

doctor if you have a fever

•Make sure to remove the hair and sweat from your forehead before

measuring.

• Use of this product is not a substute for a doctor's diagnosis

•Contact your distributor if a problem occurs with the product and do

not aempt to repair it yourself.

•The protecve glass outside the LCD frame is very important, it is also

the fragile part of the meter, please be careful to use.

•Do not charge non-rechargeable baeries and do not throw them into ﬁre.

•Please do not expose this product to the sun or put it with water.

V Advice before use

Infrared forehead thermometers have high requirements on the

surrounding environment. The correct method of use is the key to

accurate tesng.

(1)This product is an infrared forehead thermometer that professionally

measures the temperature of the human body. According to the

diﬀerence of human skin, the measured temperature will be diﬀerent.

(2) When the room temperature changes greatly, the infrared frontal

thermometer should be placed in the room for 20 minutes before use.

(3) When the person to be measured comes from a place with a large

diﬀerence in temperature from the measurement environment, they

should stay in the test environment for at least 5 minutes, and wait unl

the temperature is consistent with the environment before measuring.

(4) The environment around the person to be tested must be stable.

Do not test in places with large air ﬂow such as fans and air outlets of air

condioners.

VI Instrucons

1 Quick Use

(1) Insert baeries.

(2) Press the measurement buon to turn on the infrared forehead

thermometer and the display will acvate.

(3) the front end of the thermometer is aligned with the forehead, and

the distance is 3 to 5 cm.

(4) Aer 2 seconds, the prompt sounds, indicang that the measurement

is completed, and the measurement data on the screen can be read.

2 Mode selecon

In the power-on state, press the "Set" key to select the measurement of

body temperature and surface temperature, and the screen will show the

body temperature and surface temperature; press and hold to switch

between "

°C

" and "

F" modes.(The temperature measured in the surface

temperature mode is the surface temperature of the object, and the

temperature measured in the body temperature mode is the human body

temperature.)

3 Memory query

In standby mode, press the "+" key to query the memory upwards, and

press the "-" key to query the memory downwards. A total of 32 sets of

memory can be queried.

(5) Do not use the instrument outdoors or in a place with strong sunlight.

(6) Do not hold the front of the thermometer during measurement.

(7) The measurement site must not be covered by hair. If there is sweat,

please wipe it with a dry towel and measure it later. Otherwise it will aﬀect

the measurement result.

(8) Cold measurement of the forehead of a fever paent, sweang, and

other cooling measures will make the measurement result low, and

measurement should be avoided in this case.

(9) Comparison of diﬀerent temperature measurement methods.

The body temperature measured by diﬀerent temperature measurement

methods will be diﬀerent.

Precauons:

1.When opening the baery cover to replace the baery, pay special

aenon to the polarity of the baery. Misplacement may cause damage

to the product.

2. When not in use for a long me, please remove the baery to prevent the

thermometer from being damaged due to baery leakage.

3. Do not use when the baery is leaking or moldy.

4.Do not place the baery near a ﬁre source or throw it into a ﬁre,

otherwise the baery may explode.

5.Do not store the baery in a high temperature or high humidity environment.

6.To avoid short circuit, do not put the baery together with metal objects

such as coins or keys in the same pocket or other containers that may

short the baery.

VII Baery replacement

The instrument uses a 3V baery. Generally, it can be used connuously for

more than 4,000 mes. When a baery symbol appears on the top of the

screen and ﬂashes, it indicates that the baery is insuﬃcient and the baery

needs to be replaced as soon as possible.

(1)Open the baery cover and replace the baery. Pay aenon to the

correct posion of the posive and negave electrodes. The product is

designed with a baery an-reverse device, even if the baery is installed in

the opposite polarity, it will not cause damage to the product, but will

not work.

(2)Do not use rechargeable baeries. Use disposable baeries. Use alkaline

baeries whenever possible.

(3)When the instrument is not working, the stac current is extremely small,

but when it is not used for a long me, it is recommended to remove the

baery to prevent baery leakage from damaging the product.

VIII Roune maintenance

During the use of the product, please follow the prompts when you ﬁnd the

following condions.

(1)External contaminaon: Wipe the contaminated area with a clean so cloth,

or use coon swabs with medical alcohol Wiping, rubbing with medical

alcohol can also have sterilizaon. Be careful not to add too much water or

alcohol to prevent damage to the inside of the product.

(2) Internal dirt: The lens of the internal probe is an important device. Do not

touch or press with your ﬁngers or other objects, otherwise it will aﬀect

the preparaon of the measured result. When the lens surface is found to

be dirty, wipe the lens surface with a coon swab moistened with 95% or

more absolute alcohol. Tip: Do not use 75% disinfectant alcohol to wipe the

lens (there will be traces of residual water). Do not use other chemical wipes

to wipe the lens (which will cause damage to the lens).

(3)Storage: Keep in a dry and dark place out of direct sunlight.

IX Error message and soluon

FAQ 1: LCD display message "HI"

Answer: Using infrared forehead temperature mer, the

LCD may display the message HI. The analysis shows that

the measurement range is exceeded: 1. The mode is

selected incorrectly; 2. The temperature exceeds 42.5

°C.

The following informaon appears when the message "L0" or "HI" appears:

FAQ 2: LCD display message "L0"

Answer: Using infrared forehead temperature mer, LCD may display

message L0.The analysis shows that it is lower than the measurement range:

1. The mode is selected incorrectly; 2. The temperature is lower than 32

°C

3. During the warranty period, defects in materials and workmanship of the

4.During the warranty period, the following condions will not be able to

Surface coang and appearance damage are not covered by the warranty.

Failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters

Product packaging and product accessories are not covered by the warranty.

5. Our company does not provide any warranty and repair services in the

following cases:

Products not manufactured by our company;

Products not sold by our company in regular channels in mainland China;

the idenﬁcaon of these two types of products shall be determined by our

For the expired warranty period (with warranty card and shopping invoice),

our company will provide paid repair service.
