NOTE: At least two eo le are required to remove the table from the
shi ing crate.
Tool Required: Philli s screwdriver
(See Figures 1 and 2.)
The Biodex Table you have pur hased is shipped in a rate that ontains a
ramp as part of the pa king material. This ramp an be easily assembled to
make it possible to remove the table from the shipping rate without the
need for a forklift or other heavy moving equipment.
1. Remove the box from over the table.
2. Carefully remove the shrink wrap from around the table.
3. Using a Phillips s rewdriver, uns rew the ramp from the skid.
4. Lift up on the ramp and remove it from the shipping rate.
5. Position the ramp flat on the floor and flush against the front end of the
shipping rate, reating a small ramp that leads from the shipping rate
to the floor.
6. With the aid of another person, lift up on the table just enough to free the
wheels from the utouts and simply roll the table, slowly and arefully,
down the ramp and onto the floor.
7. The table is now ready for installation. Please refer to the Installation and
Operation Manual supplied.
NOTE: If this table is on a trial evaluation you must retain the acking
materials in case they are needed to return the table.
