IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
W en using t is product, basic precautions s ould always be followed, including t e following:
Please read t e instructions carefully before starting to use t is product.
DANGER – To reduce t e risk of electric s ock:
1. Always unplug t is product from t e electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning t e
treadmill.
WARNING – To reduce t e risk of burns, fire, electric s ock, or p ysical injury:
1. T is product s ould never be left unattended w ile plugged in. Unplug t is product from t e outlet
w en not in use or before putting on or taking clot ing and ot er belongings.
2. To avoid any danger, close supervision is necessary w en t is product is used by c ildren or
disabled persons; especially w en t is mac ine is operating.
3. Be sure to use t is product only for its intended use as described in t is manual. Do not use any
attac ment no recommended by t e manufacturer in order to avoid any danger or accidents.
4. Never operate t is product if it as a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it as been
damaged, or dropped into water. Please return t is product to t e service centre or seller for
examination and repair.
5. Do not carry t is product by t e supply cord or use t e cord as a andle.
6. Keep t e cord away from ot surfaces or ground.
7. Never operate t is product wit t e air vents blocked. Keep t e air vents free of any obstructions to
avoid azards.
8. Never drop or insert any objects into any vent of t e treadmill.
9. Do not use or operate outdoors.
10. Do not operate w ere aerosol (spray) products are being used or w ere oxygen is t in.
11. Before turning t is product power off, turn all controls to t e off position t en remove t e plug from
t e outlet.
12. Connect t is product to a properly grounded outlet only.
13. If t e power cord is damaged, be sure to ask t e manufacturer or seller for replacement to avoid
accidents.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
T is product must be grounded first. If malfunction or breakdown occurs, grounding will provide a pat of
least resistance for electric current to reduce t e risk of electric s ock. T is product is equipped wit a cord
aving an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

T e plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet t at is properly installed and grounded in accordance
wit all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER – Improper connection of t e equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric
s ock. C eck wit a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to w et er t is product is
properly grounded. Do not modify t e plug provided wit t is product – if it will not fit t e outlet; ave a proper
outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
T is product is for use on a normal 220V – 240V and as a grounding plug t at looks like t e plug illustrated
in t e figure below. Make sure t at t is product is connected to an outlet aving t e same configuration as
t e plug. T ere is no need to use any adaptor for t is product.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
Warning:
Don't untie t e loinclot until

assembly steps below to avoid injury.)
1. Put up t e andrail tubes of Frame
(A) as t e arrow s ows in t e rig t
drawing and tig ten wit Hex screws
(a).
P.S. To avoid unexpected accidents,
always assemble t e treadmill wit
more t an one worker, do not
assemble by yourself.

2. Put up Uprig t (L & R) as s own in
t e rig t drawing and tig ten wit
Hex screws (b)
P.S. To avoid unexpected accidents,
always assemble t e treadmill wit
more t an one worker, do not
assemble by yourself.
3. After tig tening t e left and rig t uprig ts,
insert t e left and rig t decoration covers
(B & C) onto t e frame and tig ten wit
P ilips screws (c) and Was ers (d).

4. Wedge t e left and rig t andrail
covers (D & E) onto t e corresponding
positions as s own in t e rig t drawing
and tig ten wit Truss P ilips screws
(g) and was ers ( ).

CAUTION
Note: T e Cylinder contains ig pressure gas.
Please avoid cras ing wit ot er objects in order to
avoid azards.
Note: If t e Cylinder is it, it mig t be damaged and
cause t e usage to incorrectly operate normally. T e
treadmill mig t fall w ile folding.
T is treadmill as a foldable mec anism for
storage. Stop all movements (including stopping t e
running belt and take off t e power cord) before
storage, t en pull t e Pop Pin of rig t side and fold
t e main frame till t e Pop Pin is clicked into position
into t e ole correctly and free your and. On t e
contrary, if you want to use t e treadmill, pull t e Pop
Pin as t e direction s own in t e rig t drawing (You
must old t e frame to avoid falling), and pull down
t e main frame onto t e ground slowly.
(P.S.1. To prevent azards, be careful if c ildren are
around)
(P.S.2. If you want to move t e treadmill, fold t e
treadmill first, old t e rear adjust cap wit your
ands, t en lean t e treadmill and do not move t e
treadmill until t e roller can be moved smoot ly.)
(P.S.3. Do not move t e treadmill on uneven
ground.)

MAINTENANCE
1. If t e belt tends to move off t e centre, stop t e
treadmill. Take t e L-s aped Wrenc and adjust t e
Hex Screw in t e Rear End Cap. For example, if t e
running belt is moving towards t e left side, tig ten
t e left Hex Screw about 1/4 turn (clockwise); if t e
running belt is moving towards t e rig t side, tig ten
t e rig t Hex Screw about 1/4 turn (clockwise). Turn
on t e treadmill after it as been adjusted. If you find
t at t e belt as not moved to t e proper position,
please repeat t e steps above. Don't use t e
treadmill until t e running belts returns to t e centre
position.
(P.S.1. T is procedure is very important, if t e belt is
not in t e centre, be sure to follow t e above steps.)
(P.S.2. T e position of t e running belt mig t not stay
precisely in t e centre wit slig tly towards t e left
and rig t sides, and t e situation varies wit ow
end-users use t is product. T ere is no need to
adjust t e belt if it does not rub against t e parts
inside.)
(P.S.3. Depending on t e usage of t is product,
please apply SILICON on t e board according to t e
c art located on t e next page. Use t e HEX Wrenc
to unscrew t e bolt inside t e Rear Roller. T en pull
t e belt up and daub some SILICON to t e centre of
t e board. After t at, adjust t e belt to t e centre of
t e deck, followed by tig tening t e screw to t e
original set.
(P.S. W en t e belt is sliding, please follow t e
above met od to lubricate t e running belt.)
