自動入力設定
フロッピーディスクやパソコンから縫製データを、
MANU（手動）、AUTO（自動）、 F-AT（全
自動）のいずれかの方法で読み出せます。
■ 各項目の設定内容は次のとおりです。
項目 設定内容
読み込み元の装置を設定します。
メモリから読み込みます。
フロッピーディスクから読み込みます。
パソコンから読み込みます。
ネットワークから読み込みます。
読み込みモードを設定します。
MANU：データを読み込むたびにファイル選択画面が表示され、読み込むデータを手
動で変更できます。
AUTO：縫製終了後に を押すと、次のデータが自動で読み込まれます。
ファイル選択画面は最初だけ表示されます。
（縫製終了後に読み込むデータを手動で変更することはできません。）
F-AT：縫製が終了すると、次のデータが自動で読み込まれます。
ファイル選択画面は最初だけ表示されます。
（縫製終了後に読み込むデータを手動で変更することはできません。また、読み込
みの対象がネットワークに設定されている場合は選択できません。）
縫製完了時に、最初に戻って自動的に読み込みを続けるかどうか設定します。
縫製終了後に停止します。
縫製終了後に最初に戻って自動的に読み込みを続けます。
最初のデータの縫製時に設定した編集値（初期編集値）を、以降のデータを縫製する際に
も反映するかどうか設定します。

■ 読み込みモードを設定できるのは、 フロッピーディスク、 パソコン、 ネットワークを
選択している場合だけです。 メモリを選択している場合は、自動入力はできません。
■ネットワークを選択してネットワーク経由でデータを読み込むには、別途ソフトウェアなどが必
要です。詳しくは、最寄りの弊社営業部またはサービスステーションまでお問合せください。

4. で読み込み元の装置を選択します。
出荷時は メモリが選択されています。
フロッピーディスク、 パソコン、 ネットワークを選択した場合は、手順 5に進んでください。
メモリを選択した場合は、手順 6に進んでください。
5. で変更する項目を選択し、 で設定を変更します。
この画面は、読み込み元：フロッピーディスク、読み込みモード： MANU、縫製終了時停止：する、初期編集値：
反映しない となっています。
6. フロッピーディスクからデータを読み込む場合は、操作パネルにフロッピーディスクをセットし
ます。
パソコンから読み込む場合は、パソコンを接続します。
ネットワークから読み込む場合は、ネットワークの準備をします。
7. を押します。
8. で最初に縫製するデータを選択し、 を押します。
を押すたびに、データの並びが 書き込み順←→英数字順 に切り替わります。
読み込みのモードを表します。

9. を押して縫製を開始します。
10. 縫製が終わったら、 を押します。
AUTO（自動）の場合は次のデータが読み込まれ、縫製待機状態となります。
MANU（手動）の場合は次のデータが選択された状態になるので、 で縫製するデータを選択し、
を押します。
11.自動入力による縫製を停止するときは、手順 1～4の操作を行って読み込み元の装置を メ
モリに設定し、 を押します。
MANU（手動）、AUTO（自動）、F-AT（全自動）
のいずれかが表示されます。

紙テープデータ入力機能
紙テープデータを取り込みます。
■ 取り込み可能なデータの種類は、タジマ、バルダン、ZSK です。
■ 事前に紙テープリーダとミシンの転送速度を合わせておく必要があります。
■ 読み込まれたデータは、メモリに「TapeData」という名前で登録されます。
1.データの読み込み元を メモリに設定します。
設定方法は、「自動入力設定」（→J-3 ページ）を参照してください。
2. を4回押します。
メッセージに続いて、テープデータの種類を選択する画面が表示されます。

3. でテープデータの種類を選択します。
4. 紙テープリーダを準備し、スタンバイ状態にします。
5. を押します。
データが読み込まれます。

自動ポーズ挿入機能
針棒番号設定画面で針棒設定したや DST データを読み込んだときに、同じ針棒番号が続くところに自動で
ポーズ（一時停止信号）が入ります。
■BE-0101B-AC の場合は機構上、すべての針棒番号間にポーズが入ります。
■ 選択可能な設定は次のとおりです。
項目 設定内容
ON 同じ針棒番号が続くところに自動でポーズを挿入します。
OFF ポーズは挿入しません。
■ 設定内容はミシンの電源を切っても保存されます。
1. を2回押します。
2. でを選択します。
3. を押します。
4. で「自動ポーズ挿入」を選択します。
5. で自動ポーズ挿入をするかどうか選択します。
6. ボタンを押します。
変更した設定が保存され、ひとつ前の画面に戻ります。
を押すと、変更した設定は無効になります。

ニードルパンチ機能（BE-0901E-AC/1201B-AC のみ）
バリオマチック製ニードルパンチを使用する場合の設定です。
■ ニードルパンチの付いた針棒の移動は、押え足を下げた状態で行ってください。
■ ニードルパンチモードに指定された針棒には、次の制限があります。
・ 縫製中でかつ、指定針棒が選択されると、針位置をボーリングモードの場合と同じ位置へ移動しま
す。指定以外の針棒を選択すると、針棒は元の位置に戻ります。
・ 糸切れの検知が無効になります。
・ 縫製中、待機中ともに糸切り動作は無効になります。
■ 設定内容はミシンの電源を切っても保存されます。
1. を2回押します。
2. でを選択します。
3. を押します。
4. を押してニードルパンチモードの有効／無効を選択します。
5. を押し、ニードルパンチモードに指定する針棒番号区間を設定します。
最大針棒数まで区間指定できます。
この画面では、1～3番までの針棒をニードルパンチに指定していることを表します。
6. ボタンを押します。
変更した設定が保存され、ひとつ前の画面に戻ります。
を押すと、変更した設定は無効になります。

Automatic Input Setting
Sewing data can be read from a floppy disk or a computer in MANU (manual), AUTO
(automatic) or F-AT (full automatic) mode.
■The following items are available for the settings.
Item Contents
Choose the device to read from.
Reads from a memory.
Reads from a floppy disk.
Reads from a personal computer.
Reads from a network.
Choose the mode for the reading.
MANU : The data selection for the reading can be changed manually on the file
selection screen shown each time with data reading.
AUTO : After the completion of the sewing, pressing will execute the
next data reading automatically.
The file selection screen is shown at the first reading only.
(Data for the reading cannot be changed manually after the sewing.)
F-AT : The next data reading will be executed automatically after the completion
of the sewing.
The file selection screen is shown at the first reading only.
(Data for the reading cannot be changed manually after the sewing. This mode is
not available when the device to read from is set to network.)
Choose whether or not to continue automatic reading from the start on completion of
the sewing.
Discontinues data reading on completion of sewing.
Continues data reading from the start automatically on completion of sewing.
Choose whether or not to reflect the initial edit data in following sewing operations.
The initial edit data is reflected.
The initial edit data is not reflected.
■Mode setting is available only when the device to read from is set to floppy disk, personal
computer or network. Automatic input is not available if the device to read from is set to
memory.
■To choose network as the device and to read the data via the network will require another software
and so on. Please consult our sales office or service station nearby in this case.

1. Press three times.
2. Select with keys.
3. Press .
4. Choose the device to read from with keys.
The factory setting is memory.
Go to step 5 if the chosen device is floppy disk、personal computer or network.
Go to step 6 if memory is chosen.
5. Choose the item to modify with keys and press to edit the setting.
The above shows an example of the device to read from: floppy disk, the reading mode: MANU, the
automatic continuation after sewing: discontinue, and the initial data reflection: don’t reflect.
6. To read the data from a floppy disk, insert the floppy disk into the operation panel.
To read the data from a computer, establish connection with it.
To read the data via network, arrange the network for the communication.
7. Press .
8. Choose the first data for the sewing with keys and press .
Each stroke on key will switch the order of the data to the input date order or the
alphabetical order.
