Copy –Basic Features

Back to “Main Page”, press Copy to use the COPY

function

Place document on the Feeder (face up) or place

document on the glass platen, use number key to

enter the quantity required. Finally, press Start

Press Stop button on the screen panel to cancel

the printing job

Copy –Basic Features

Finisher Collate ~ Output in ascending order

（If use Feeder, it is the default setting）

Group ~ Same page put in a group

Staple ~ (*Optional)

2-Sided

Original (Feeder/Glass Platen) 1-sided, output 2-sided Original (Feeder) 2-sided, output 2-sided

Original (Feeder) 2-sided, output 1-sided Book place in glass plated, output 2-sided

Perform rotate 90 degree sorting for the output

(Required for Landscape and Portrait A4 paper cassette)

Copy –Special Features

In Copy layout, press Options to enter special feature

Book>2 Pages Copy Book / Two page original in same time

Place the original on the glass platen, can copy

two side at the same time

1. Select

Left Opening Book / Right Opening Book

2. Press OK，then press Start

Booklet

Copy the original into Book style

1. Select suitable setting

2. Press OK，then press Start

Job Build

Allow using Feeder and Glass Platen to perform

one job

1. Place the Original in Feeder / Glass Platen

2. Press Start to memory scan each time

3. After scanning, press Done to start copy

N on 1

Merge 2-page / 4-page / 8-page into one output,

also can perform 2-sided output.

1. Select required settings

2. Press OK then press Start

Different Size Original

Copy A3 / A4 spontaneously

（Required corresponding paper in the paper cassette）

1. Select Same Width / Different Width

2. Press OK, then press Start

In Copy layout, press Options to enter special feature, and press 2/3 to next page

Erase Frame

Erase original’s border / border-part of the image

1. Press Erase Origins Frame / Erase Book Frame /

Erase Binding

2. Setting the width of the border and confirm the original

size

3. Press OK, then press Start

Page Numbering

In Copy, add page number to output

1. Select Numbers Only / Numbers with Hyphens /

Numbered Chapters / Total Pages Numbering

2. Select position / font size / suitable settings

3. Press OK, then press Start

Watermark

In Copy, adding text

1. Select position / font size / suitable setting

2. Press OK, then press Start

Print Date

In Copy , adding date

1. Select position / font size / suitable setting

2. Press OK, then press Start

Gutter 留白邊

Move content, left space for stapling

1. Select the border position and width

2. Press OK, then press Start

In Copy Layout, Press Options to enter Special Feature, and press 3/3 to next page

Area Designation

Select corresponding part of the image which show /

do not show in the copy output

1. Place document on the glass platen, selectPen Entry

2. Press Start Scanning

3. Select the area by pointing the corresponding part

4. Press Framing or Blanking

5. For reset area, press Clear Area cancel the selection

6. Press Preview to view the output image

7. After all settings, press Next / Done，press Start

Superimpose Image

Store the master layout into the copier

1. Select 1-sided / 2-sides copy

2. Select required layout type

3. Press OK, then press Start
