experienceeversinceyou installed STContinuousInkSupplysystemon yourownprinter.Just

imagining being abletoprint withoutregardtothe inklevelinthoseexpensivelittlecartridges.

Pleasetakeyourtimeinstalling STContinuousInkSupplysystem.Donotremoveyouroldcartridge

untilyouhavethe STCISsystemprimed and readytoinstall(topreventthe drying ofheads).In

addition,makesureyou aregetting perfectnozzlechecks beforeinstalling the STCISsystem.The ST

CISsystemwon t be abletoworkproperlyif the nozzlesarepreviouslyclogged.

Mostpeoplegetaperfectnozzlecheck the firsttimeafterinstalling the STContinuousInkSupply

system;othersmayneed torun twoorthree cleaning cyclesorletthe printersit forawhilebeforethey

get the perfectresults.

aCheck whetherall the accessoriesareready.

bCheck whetherthere'sleakageofCISSystem,whethersometubeshavebeen separated fromCISS.Ifthere

is, pleasekindlytocontact the localdealer.

CCheck whetherthereisairspaceinthetube.If the lengthof airspaceismorethan 20cm,pleaseclean the

printerhead for2or3timesbeforeprinting.

2Printertesting:

1)Check whetherthe printerisinnormalcondition, likemechanicalstatus, lubrication statusetc.

2)Print testinglinestoensuretheprintinghead isgood condition.

3)Print picturestosee whethertheprintingimageisok.

3InstallationProcedures:

1)First step

PutCISSontherightside of theprinter.Inthe meantime,placeall the tubesatcorrectposition. Thenpull out

the small rubberplugand insert theairfiltersintoairholesasthe abovepicturesshown.

2)Install chips

Carefullyremovethe originalchipsfromoriginalcartridgesasthe abovepictures.Paymoreattention tothe

chipswhen you dothisprocedure, makesurethat thechipsarenotdamaged.

Putsomeglue onthesocketofsystem scartridge.Thenstick originalchipsintothesocketaccordingtothe

colorofcartridges. Pleasemakesurethatthe chipsNomatcheswithcartridgeNo.

3)Install cartridges

Stick the Supportarmon the properposition asthe abovepictureshown.Thenplacethe CIScartridgesinto

printer.Pleasepress thecartridgeandmakesurethateverycartridgeiswell installed accordingtothe color

label.

4)Install thetubing.

Clampthe tubeintothe support armasthe abovepicturesshown.

5)Adjust tubing

Adjustthetubelengthandmovethe cartridgecarriagefromleft torightforseveraltimes.Pleasemakesure

therewill beno block and collision when thecartridgesmovingfromone side totheother. Insurethere'splenty

lengthoftubetomakethe cartridgecarriagecan thoroughlymovetothe right side.

6)Checkingthe printinghead

EnterinthePrinterServicespaneland print aDemoPage.

Ifthereshowsanybreaks (maybeit causedbyairbubblesinthe printinghead), pleaseclean yourprintinghead.Ifit

isstillshownlittlebreaks,especiallyonlyforone color,itisunnecessarytorepeatedlyclean printer-head.Justkeep

the printerunuseforaboutone hourand printaDemoPageagain.Ifitisstillabnormal,pleasekindlycontactlocal

dealer.

4Refill Ink

Pleasepayattentiontotheinklevelinthereservoirs;ifthe inklevelisbelow1CMasthe abovepictureshown,

pleaseuserefill kitstofill inkintoReservoirbottles.Carefullypull outthe rubberplugsfromthe refill holes.(thereis

possibilityofinkspattering.Becareful!)Refillinkaccordingtothecolorinshortsupply.Thenputtherubberback.

(Pleasekeepthe printerandthereservoirat the samehorizontalline duringthe process ofrefillingink.)

5Attentionformaintenance:

Takeoutthe CISS includingthe innercartridgesandothercomponents.Then removesupportarmfromprinter,and

placethe originalcartridgesin. Pleaseinquirelocaldealerbeforesendingtomaintenance.

6Notice:

1.Pleasedon ttakeoutcartridgeatrandomafterinstallingthe CISsystem.Keepthe reservoirbottlesonthe same

levelwiththe printer.

2. Trytokeepat least1/2inchofinkinthebottles, asyoudon t want torun outofinkand drawairintothecartridge.

3. Don t placetheReservoirBottleshigherorlowermuchthan the printer.

4. Tobeused inadryplacebetween 15 and35degree.Avoidexposuretodirect sunlight.

5.Don tputthecontinuousinksupplysystemsreversed orleaningduringtheshipment. Pleasemakesureall theink

fillingholesand Ventilationholesareclosed tightlyduringthe transportation.Otherwise, the inkshall leakout.

6. Don t swaythecartridgefrequently. Itmaycauseinkleakage.

7. Don t pull out the connectorofcartridgeand don ttearoffadhesivetapeat the bottomofcartridge.

7Warning:

1. Not drinkable; keepit out reachofchildren.

2.Avoidexposuretodirect sunshine and don t keepit inhighorfreezingtemperature.

3.Avoidcollision and fallen down.
