Funktion und Anwendungsbereich
Behälter zur witterungsbeständigen Lagerung von Materialien wie Streugut, Sand oder anderen Schüttgüter. Die
Behälter können mittels Schloß (nicht im Lieferumfang) verschlossen werden. Die Behälter der Baureihe O sind
mit einer stirnseitig angeordneten Entnahmeöffnung ausgestattet.
Die Streugutbehälter können ineinander gestapelt
werden.
Behälter im geschlossenen
Zustand höchstens dreifach übereinander stapeln.
Montage / Demontage des Deckels
1. Den Deckel 90° nach oben drehen.
2. Die Deckelscharnier-Achse in die
Wannenscharnier-Nut schieben,
dabei darauf achten, dass die
Aussparungen zueinander passen.
3. Den Deckel im Scharnier nach links verschieben.
4. Den Deckel schließen.
5. Die Sicherungshülsen über die Scharnierachsen
klipsen.

Montage / Demontage der Schütte
1. Die Schütte wird von innen an die
passenden Bohrungen gehalten.
2. Die Schrauben werden von vorne
durch die Bohrungen gesteckt.
3. Von hinten werden dann erst die
Scheiben auf die Schrauben
aufgeschoben und die Mutter
aufgeschraubt.
Zum besseren Stapeln bitte die
Schütten in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
demontieren.
Einbau der Lenkrollen bzw. Füße
mit Unterstützungsrahmen:
Wanne auf den Kopf stellen. Lenkrolle Pos. 12 (Füße Pos. 13) in die im Wannenboden
befindlichen Vertiefungen setzen.
Pos. 10 und 11 wie rechts dargestellt
zusammenstecken. Den so entstandenen
Rahmen mit den Lenkrollen Pos. 12 (Füße
Pos. 13) so in den Vertiefungen ausrichten,
dass die Löcher in der Grundstrebe Pos. 10
und die Löcher in den Lenkrollen Pos. 12
(Füße Pos. 13) fluchten.
Darauf achten, dass sich die Lenkrollen Pos.
12 frei bewegen können. Das so
entstandene Bohrbild anzeichnen und mit
Bohrer Ø 8 mm bohren.
Behälter umdrehen, Schrauben von innen in
die Bohrungen einschlagen bis der Vierkant
der Schrauben komplett im Kunststoff steckt.
Den Behälter wieder auf den Kopf drehen.
Nun wie oben rechts dargestellt die Teile auf
die Schrauben stecken und mit Pos. 15 und 16 verschrauben.

Montage Lenkrollen oder Füße
Wanne auf den Kopf stellen. Lenkrolle (Füße) in die im Wannenboden befindlichen Vertiefungen setzen.
Bohrbild (siehe unten) zum Anzeichnen mittig in die Vertiefungen legen und anzeichnen. Mit Bohrer
Ø 8 mm Durchgangslöcher in den Wannenboden bohren. Behälter umdrehen, Schrauben von innen in die
Bohrungen einschlagen bis der Vierkant der Schrauben komplett im Kunststoff steckt. Den Behälter wieder auf
den Kopf drehen und wie unten dargestellt verschrauben.
Aufstellung / Aufstellungsort
Stellen Sie den Streugutbehälter auf einen ebenen und ausreichend tragfähigen, festen Untergrund auf.

Functioning and range of application
Grit bin for weather-proof storage of materials, for instance grit, sand or other bulk materials. These bins can be
locked using a padlock (not within the scope of delivery). The Model O bins are equipped with a discharge
opening (hatch) on the face side.
The grit bins are nestable.
When closed, only stack three bins on top of each
other.
Assembly / disassembly of the lid
1. Turn the lid up by 90°.
2. Insert the lid hinge axis
in the slot of the bin hinge,
make sure that the
pockets match to each other.
3. Slide the cover in the hinge to the left.
4. Close the cover.
5. Clip the securing sleeves over the hinge axes.

Assembly / disassembly of the
chute
1. Hold the chute to the matching
boreholes from the inside.
2. Insert the screws through the
boreholes from the outside of the
front panel.
3. Then, put the washers on the
screws from the rear side before
screwing on the nut.
For better stacking conditions,
disassemble the chute in the
reverse
order.
Installation of the castors or feet
with support frame:
Turn the bin upside down. Insert the castor,
Item 12, (feet, Item 13) in the hollows in
the bin bottom.
Stick Item 10 and 11 together
as shown on the right. Align the resulting
frame with the castors Item 12 (feet Item 13)
in the hollows in a way that the boreholes in
the basic brace Item 10 and the boreholes in
the castors Item 12 (feet Item 13) arrange
into a line.
Make sure that the castors Item 12 can be
moved freely. Mark the drill template
received in that way and drill the boreholes
using a Ø 8 mm drill.
Turn the bin over, beat the screws in the
boreholes from the inside until the square part of the screw is completely in the plastic body.
Turn the bin upside down again. Now, put the parts on the screws as shown at top right and screw them together
with Item 15 and 16.

Assembly of castors or feet
Turn the bin upside down. Insert the castors (feet) into the hollows of the bin bottom.
Put the drill template (see below) centrally in the hollow and mark. Drill through holes of Ø 8 mm in the bin bottom
using a drill. Turn the bin over, beat the screws in the boreholes from the inside until the square part of the screw
is completely in the plastic body. Turn the bin upside down again and fasten the screws as shown below.
Assembly / site
Place the grit bin on a flat and sufficiently stable, solid surface.

Caractéristiques et domaine d’application
Conteneur résistant aux intempéries destiné au stockage de matériaux tels que le sel, le sable et autres produits
en vrac. Les conteneurs peuvent être fermés au moyen d’un cadenas (non inclus dans la livraison). Les
conteneurs de la série O sont équipés d’un orifice de collecte situé sur la face avant.
Les bacs à sable peuvent être empilés les uns dans les
autres.
Empiler au maximum trois conteneurs fermés les uns
sur les autres.
Montage / Démontage du couvercle
1. Tourner le couvercle à 90° vers le haut.
2. Insérer l’axe de la charnière du couvercle dans
la rainure de la charnière du bac tout en
veillant à ce que les encoches s'adaptent les
unes aux autres.
3. Faire glisser le couvercle dans la charnière
vers la gauche.
4. Fermer le couvercle.
5. Clipser les manchons de sécurité sur les axes
de la charnière.

Montage / Démontage du bac
1. Le bac est fixé de l’intérieur
aux trous correspondants.
2. Les vis sont insérées par
l'avant à travers les trous.
3. Les plaques sont alors
reculées sur les vis par
l’arrière et les écrous sont
vissés.
Pour faciliter l’empilement, veuillez
démonter les bacs en sens inverse.
Montage des roulettes ou des pieds
avec cadre de support :
Retourner le bac. Placer la roulette pos. 12
(pieds pos. 13) dans les creux se trouvant au
fond du bac.
Assembler pos. 10 et 11 comme représenté à
droite.
Ajuster le cadre ainsi monté avec les roulettes
pos. 12 (pieds pos. 13) dans les creux afin
que les trous s’alignent dans la base du
montant pos. 10 et dans les roulettes pos. 12
(pieds pos. 13).
Veillez à ce que les roulettes pos. 12 puissent
bouger librement. Marquer le gabarit ainsi
créé et percer avec une perceuse de Ø 8 mm.
Retourner le bac, insérer les vis de l’intérieur
dans les trous jusqu’à ce que le carré des vis
soit complètement enfoncé dans la matière
plastique.
Retourner à nouveau le bac. Mettre alors les pièces sur les vis comme indiqué en haut à droite et visser avec la
pos. 15 et 16.

Montage des roulettes ou des pieds
Retourner le bac. Placer les roulettes (pieds) dans les creux situés au fond du bac.
Placer le gabarit (cf. ci-dessous) au centre des creux et réaliser le marquage. Percer avec la perceuse
Ø 8 mm des trous de passage dans le fond du bac. Retourner le bac, insérer les vis de l’intérieur dans les trous
jusqu’à ce que le carré des vis soit complètement enfoncé dans la matière plastique. Remettre le bac à l’envers et
visser comme indiqué ci-dessous.
Installation / Endroit d’installation
Installez le bac à sable / sel sur une surface plane, suffisamment solide et dure.
