1. Safety regulations
The information about available notes can be
provided by the manufacturer.
Do not operate the product in areas with high
temperature or high humidity since it may
cause the unit to malfunction.
Do not disassemble this product. Incorrect re-
assembly can cause electric shock. Take it to
qualify personnel if repair is required.
Before turning on the power, please make sure
that there are no objects obstructing the
operation of the rollers and wheels.
Unplug this product from the outlet before
cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol
cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning the
cover.

Purpose
DoCash Golf – reliable and practical currency detector, which
allows to differ the genuine banknote from a counterfeit one.
Detector supports various currencies detection and genuineness
checking of every main machine-readable security feature. The
final approval on genuineness must come from an expert in person.
Declaration of Conformity
The counter conforms to the following safety requirements:
General - GOST IEC 60950-1-2011,
Electromagnetic compatibility - GOST R 51318.22-2006.
TR TS 004/2011 «Low-voltage equipment safety»;
TR TS 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical
means».
This manual contains information that is actual for the moment of
publishing, and may not contain the latest changes.
The manufacturer may change machine’s specifications and control
algorithms.

3. Using the machine
3.1. Power
Connect the power device (from 110V to 220V) to the machine
with DC9V power slot.
Lithium accumulator (optional): Fully charged accumulator
allows the machine to work without connection to the power
source.
3.2.Switching on
The machine will conduct a self-
check at start-up. The Value display
and Sheets display will show 0. The
counterfeit detection function
(CFD) and currency selection
(CURRENCY) are activated
along with the machine starting up, as it is shown on the picture.
The function of accumulative counting (ADD) is activated by
pressing and holding CLEAR/DIRECTION key along with the
machine turning on. The display will show ADD as an indication
for activation of this function.
3.3. Function Setting
Currency Settings: Press and hold the REPORT/CURRENCY
key for 3 seconds can change the detecting currency. The
currency will change from RUB, EUR, USD or other cur rency.
CAUTION
This function is available only for multi-currency devices.
Currency passing Direction: Press and hold the CLEAR/
DIRECTION key for 3 seconds to change the cur rency
passing direction.
The Direction symbol will change between “ ” and “ ”.
This direction means that genuine notes exit from the
Currency exit slot, and counterfeit notes exit from the
Currency input slot.
This direction means that both genuine and counterfeit notes
exit from the Currency input slot.
3.4. Inserting the banknotes correctly
Please, put the notes inside the detector carefully as it is
shown on the picture 1. The machine will not check the note
and respond with an error message, if the note is not put
correctly.
Banknotes of any orientation must be placed near the left side, as
it show on picture 1.
Pictures 2 and 3 show the wrong way of putting the note into the
machine.
Banknote must be carefully pressed with a long side to the left
side of the input section and smoothly inserted along the
parallel machine position.

After a note was inserted, the detecting system will check it and
then alert the user with an audible signal, indicating whether the
banknote is genuine one or fake one.

Suspicious or counterfeit notes will be rejected with two beeps
and the display will show the error code.
The genuine note data will be added into the Val ue and
Sheets parameters. The summary of Val ue and Sheets
will be shown at the end of the checking procedure.

Press “CLEAR/DIRECTION” key to erase the detected and saved
Valu e иSheets parameters.
3.5. Report
Press “REPORT/CURRENCY” key for the detailed report about
checked notes. The information about a number of notes with
preset denomination will be shown as Sheets parameter data
according to Denomination parameter.
For RUB notes the following order of denomination selection
and showing is set and used:
“5000→1000→500→100→50→10→5000”.

4. Daily maintenance
Open the top cover upward. Use a soft brush to clear the sensors.
