Safety Precautions
Note
Please read this manual carefully before you start to operate the impulse
autosealer
DoCash 2045 autosealers operate from 220V power supply circuit. Us-
er is required to comply with safety precautions while operating any appa-
ratus of this type:
Replace lamps and effect other service activities only after the power
supply cable is disconnected from the outlet
Note
Voltage over 42V is potentially danger ous for the operator
If the device has been transported and stored under low temperature con-
ditions, it is required to maintain the device at least two hours under
indoor temperature before switching it on.
To avoid break-off or damage of the cable, it is required to hold on the
power supply plug while putting it on and out from the outlet. Also avoid
such actions when your hands are wet - it may cause in electric shock.
Avoid using the device with the damaged power supply cable.

ylene and PVC bags.
This Manual reflects relevant information at the time of publication and
may not include later alterations.

Operational procedure
1. Set power main switch to ON position.
2. Set selector to MAN position for manual operation by pressing the foot
pedal switch, or set selector to AUTO position for automatic operation.
3. Adjust the re-cycle time knob, according to the frequency of continuous
work:
MAN position – for manual operation (by foot pedal)
AUTO position – for automatic operation
4. Adjust the sealing time (heating time) knob, according to the thickness
of plastic bag:
Re-cycle timer control knob (6) (do not use in manual mode)

5. In MAN mode press foot pedal for bag sealing.
Maintenance
Always keep the sealing platform clean. Particular care should be tak-
en to remove any residue from the barrier tape.
Do not clean the sealing platform with anything wet.
If the bottom barrier tape (under the heating element) becomes worn,
the heating element may short to earth, and this can damage the ele-
ment.
Replacing a heating element always check the condition of the bottom
barrier tape. It’s also important, in case genuine spares are not availa-
ble, please use only thermo-electric wire of an identical specification
(resistivity).
After a long period of use the condition of the top pressure pad should
be examined for wear. Obviously any deformation will affect the
quality of the weld, and replacement may become necessary.

Note
Sealing and congealing time should be selected according to the material and
thickness of plastic bags. Re-cycle time should be selected according to the
working speed of the operator. Adjust the congealing time (pressing time)
knob.
Note
You do not have to hold foot pedal pressed. Sealing and heating parameters
are set by control knobs on the control panel (para.4) and do not depend on
foot pedal pressing time.

Replacing of subsidiary parts
REPLACING OF SEAL PARTS
To replace the seal parts disused in case of heater consumed, please refer to
following:
1. Release fixed Teflon rubber, Teflon clip.
2. Pull out the Teflon tape, cut down the remainder, and then fix rubber
and tape.
3. Fix Teflon screw, it must to be rotated, pull tightly the Teflon tape
and fix Teflon clip.
REPLACING OF HEATING ELEMENT
1. Release Teflon clip.
2. Heater’s pole must be enclosed to inner side in order to release the
heating element (heater’s pole in tightened by at two ends).
3. After replacing the heater please fix the Teflon tape according to the
previous method.
Warranty
Manufacturer guarantees perfect operation of the device during 12 months
from the delivery date subject to compliance with the conditions of use and
storage indicated in this Manual and additional conditions specified in the
Warranty Coupon.
Manufacturer is free from any obligation for the device malfunction caused
by improper transportation, storage and use, as well as by mechanical dam-
age.
