Single Solid Dissolver
Package Should Contain:

Troubleshooting Chart:
1. System does not operate a. No water a. Open water supply
b. Clogged water inlet strainer b. Disconnect inlet water line and clean
strainer
c. Water valve failure c. Clean or replace with valve parts kit*
2. Discharge from siphon a. Failed siphon breaker a. Repair or replace siphon breaker
breaker
3. Float is not turning water a. Unit not level a. Make sure unit is level - float hangs level
flow On/Off
b. Float movement obstructed b. Make sure float movement is not
obstructed
4. Solution strength too low a. Low inlet pressure a. Adjust inlet pressure higher using
reguator 30-40psi is recommended
(Turn pressure adjustment screw
clockwise to increase pressure)
Make sure tubing is not kinked
b. Inlet tubing kinked b. Adjust tubing to prevent kinking

* Hard water may cause build-up of mineral deposits in water valve. Remove deposits by soaking the valve parts
in a deliming solution.
1. Drill holes for the four wall
anchors with a (9/32") drill,
using the mounting board as
a template. Make sure the
board is level.
2. Install the siphon breaker
by pushing the 1/4" tting on
the metal tube and the 3/8" t-
ting on the exible black tube.
3. Remove top screw from
black access panel to install
oat.
4. Install the oat on the S-
hook inside the board.
Verify oat operation is not
obstructed.
5. Connect water supply line
to the inlet ball valve push-in
tting.
6. Install the outlet ball valve
using thread sealant.
Note: Colder water temperatures result in a decrease in the chemical dissolve rate.

7. Connect the outlet supply
line to the outlet ball valve.
8. Use the included tting to
connect overow to drain.
9. Place chemical bottle
securely in bowl assembly.
10. Turn on water supply valve.
Adjust pressure regulator.
30-40psi is recommended.
