• Thiscommand shouldnot be contained withinanothercommand that consists
oftwoormorebytes.
Example:
Ifyou attempt totransmit ESC3n tothe printer, but DTR(DSRforthe host
computer) goestoMARKbeforenistransmitted, and DLEENQ 2 interrupts
beforenisreceived, the code <10>Hfor DLEENQ 2 isprocessed asthe
code for ESC3 <10>H.
• DLEENQ 2 enablesthe printertorecoverfroman errorafterclearing the data
inthe receivebufferand the print buffer. The printerretainsthe settings(by
ESC!, ESC3, etc.)that wereineffect when the erroroccurred. The printercan
be initialized completelybyusing thiscommand and ESC@. Thiscommand is
enabled onlyforerrorsthat havethe possibilityofrecovery, except forprint
head temperatureerror.
• When the printerisdisabled with ESC= (Select peripheraldevice), the error
recovery functions(DLEENQ 1 and DLEENQ 2)areenabled, and the other
functionsaredisabled.
