3. Features
The ENIYOU Gigabit Switch Hub consists of 16/24 RJ-45
TP ports (Auto MDX / MDIX, N-way Switch ports) + 2SFP
slots with a speed of 10/100 / 1000Mbps.
Each port can transmit data at a bandwidth of 10 Mbps or
100 Mbps at half-duplex mode, and at 100 Mbps or 1000
Mbps at full-duplex mode.
For reference, the MDI port is a port that connects to
another hub or switch, while the MDI-X port is connected
to a server or a general computer.
Therefore, having Auto MDX / MDIX function means an
upgraded port that can automatically detect a cross cable
or a direct cable and simultaneously function as a normal
port and an uplink port.
In addition, each port has an N-Way function, which
automatically detects the speed of the equipment and
responds at the same speed as the equipment.
In addition, LED indicators are installed to allow the
administrator to monitor the operation status of the hub
and the overall status of the network.
