Farmstream 360 4G Setup Steps
Step 1: Camera mount and antenna attachment
• Screw the 3 small bolts into the mounting bracket
• Feed the camera cables through the mounting bracket
• Orientate the mount so it is in line with the arrow on the camera body
• Tighten the three bolts to securely attach the mounting bracket
• Carefully screw on the three antennas
Step 2: Inserting sim and SD card
• Insert your new giffgaff sim and SD card (optional) as shown in the photo
below. Both the SD card and the sim card should gently click into place
• Take care to ensure the access panel is securely fastened to ensure water
resistance
Step 3: Giffgaff activation (ignore if using your own network provider)
Note: we recommend checking you have outdoor O2 signal before adding credit – giffgaff operates on
the O2 network. You can find the 4G coverage checker on our website.
• On your phone or tablet download the giffgaff app
• On the giffgaff app select ‘Activate Sim’ (you will then be re directed to a
web browser page)
• Enter the activation code which is a 6-digit code written on the plastic sim
card holder
• Select activate sim and enter your personal details
• Select register
• Choose a data goodybag (we recommend the £10 goodybag)

• Fill in your required payment details and select activate your sim
Step 4: Power on your new camera
• Connect your camera to the power supply box and power it on (during this
stage please hold your camera carefully by the mount as it will begin to
rotate during the start-up process)
• Connect the black speaker to the RCA connector on the camera (This is 1
of the 4 cables coming from the camera). Please note the rest of the
cables from the power supply box are not required, you only need to use
the DC barrel connector for power supply.
• Note: If you are using our 12V battery connection leads you will not need
to use the cameras power supply
Step 5: Connecting your new camera to your phone
• On your phone or tablet go to the App / Google Play store and download
the app CamHipro
• Once the app has downloaded open it up and give it permissions
Note: If you are connecting your camera to a battery or solar panel please still
select IP camera in the above step 5. DO NOT SELECT BATTERY CAMERA
1. Select add
camera

8. Wait for 10-15
seconds for your
camera to connect
9. Follow tutorial

Step 6: Changing your cameras password
• Select the cameras settings menu
• Select change password
• Your old password is ‘admin’, enter a new password and record it
somewhere safely. You will need this password to share the camera to
other devices.
Step 7: Mounting your camera
• Mount your camera in the desired location and re-connect to power
Controlling your 360 Camera
• In order to move your 360 cameras, place your finger in the centre of the
screen and swipe in the direction you wish to move
• The camera defaults to SD when installed, click on SD to change to HD for
a higher quality.
• Within the camera menu you will find recording/photo options along with
the zoom function
• Your camera will auto-focus, we don’t recommend the manual-focussing
found within the zoom option

Sharing your camera to another device
Click on the
camera settings

• Enter the following login details:
Username: admin
Password: admin unless you have changed the password in step 6
Optional Configuration
Configuring motion recording:
• In the camera’s settings select ‘alarm management and notification’
• Toggle ‘alarm recording to SD card’ to ON
Configuring motion alerts:
• In the camera’s settings select ‘alarm management and notification’
• Toggle ‘motion detection alarm’ to ON
• Adjust the motion detection area and sensitivity as required. We
recommend selecting a small motion detection area in the centre of the
frame where there is no vegetation
Connection Troubleshooting (Please refer to our troubleshooting section on
our website for further support)
My camera shows offline:
1. Ensure you have successfully activated your Giffgaff sim card. Put the sim
card into a phone and test to see if you can browse the web
2. Reboot the camera
3. Try using adding the camera to a different device

Saving Favourite Positions
2. select setup
