Dry&Clean mode (2 hours)
The Dry&Clean mode is an automatic program and combines fast
drying with an ecient fan with UV-C light at the beginning and
end of the drying time for perfect hygiene.
Clean mode (2 minutes)
The Clean mode is a short-term hygiene program and starts the
optimized UV-C light, which eectively eliminates up to 99.9% of
germs, bacteria and fungi present in the household.
Using rst time
1. Plug the USB cable into a USB power supply unit (5V/1A) and the round plug into the socket on the back of your
dry-cap uv 3®.
2. Then plug the power supply unit into a mains socket. iLED 3 green blink light
• The dry-cap uv 3® is charged in approx. 2.5 hours and ready for operation for
approx. 5 cycles in Dry&Clean mode or about 60 cycles in Clean mode. iLED 3 green light

Operation Dry&Clean Mode (2 hours)
3. Place the dry-cap uv 3® with the hood over the charging station with the rechargeable hearing aids.
4. Press the left button (Dry&Clean mode) and the care program (drying + UV-C) starts automatically.
• The fast drying by fan is controlled by a microprocessor and runs for 2 hours. iLED 1 light
• Ultraviolet light (253,7 nm) eliminates germs and bacteria to 99.9% within 2 minutes. iLED 1 blink light
• After 2 minutes the UV-C light switch o automatically, the drying process continues. iLED 1 light
• Within the last 2 minutes of the 2 h drying program, a second UV-C hygiene runs. iLED 1 blink light
• After 2 h the dry-cap uv 3® automatically shutdown to stand-by. iLED 1 switch o
Drying and hygiene are complete, the charging of the hearing aids in the charging station continues and can remain
under the dry-cap uv 3® after the charging station is switched o.
5. Lift the dry-cap uv 3® up and o next to the charging station. Remove the dried and hygienically cleansed hearing aids
from your charging station.

Operation Clean Mode (2 minutes)
3. Place the dry-cap uv 3® with the hood over the charging station with the rechargeable hearing aids.
4. Press the right button (Clean mode) and the hygiene program (UV-C) starts automatically.
• Ultraviolet light (253,7 nm) eliminates germs and bacteria to 99.9% within 2 minutes. iLED 2 blink light
• After 2 min the dry-cap uv 3® automatically shutdown to stand-by. iLED 2 switch o
Hygiene is complete.
5. Lift the dry-cap uv 3® and place it next to the products. Remove the hygienically cleansed products.
Maintenance and operation
We recommend wet wipes for cleaning your dry-cap uv 3®. Please also read the care and operating instructions for your hearing aids
and chargingstation. The dry-capuv 3®isvery energyecient. Onlywhenthelithium-ionbatteryisempty it mustbe recharged(see
Using rst time). iLED 3 red light. You can interrupt the drying process in Dry&Clean mode by holding the button for more than 3
seconds or by lifting and tilting the unit.

Warnings
Avoid contact with water! The dry-cap uv 3® must not be operated near a sink or similar! Avoid mechanical stress due to shock and
falling! The dry-cap uv 3® must not be operated near re or easily ammable objects! In the event of malfunctions, take the unit to
your dealer! Do not disassemble the unit! Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not use the unit as a toy! This appliance
is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless
they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have received instructions from them on how to use the appliance!
ATTENTION: Do not look into the UV-C light, it could damage your eyes and your skin! The dry-cap uv 3® has a 3G safety sensor. If the
dry-cap uv 3® is moved, turned or tilted during use, the 3G sensor switches the device o. In idle mode, you must then restart the
device. Please use only with UV-C cleanable products, never with humans and animals.
Disposal
The disposal of this electronic product and the built-in lithium-ion battery must be carried out exclusively in accordance
with the locally applicable regulations! This device has the WEEE-Reg. No. DE 47525015 and is accepted as electronic waste
at the designated collection points. Do not dispose of it with household waste!

Dry&Clean Modus (2 Stunden)
Der Dry&Clean Modus ist ein Automatikprogramm und kombi-
niert schnelle Trocknung durch ein ezientes Luftgebläse mit
UV-C-Licht am Anfang und am Ende der Trocknungszeit für per-
fekte Hygiene.
Clean Modus (2 Minuten)
Der Clean Modus ist ein Kurzzeit-Hygieneprogramm und startet
das optimierte UV-C-Licht, bei dem wirkungsvoll bis zu 99,9 %
der sich im Haushalt bendlichen Keime, Bakterien und Pilze
eliminiert werden.
Inbetriebnahme
1. Stecken Sie das USB-Kabel in ein USB-Netzteil (5V/1A) und den Rundstecker in die Buchse an der Rückseite ihrer
dry-cap uv 3®.
2. Anschließend stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine Netzsteckdose. iLED 3 blinkt grün
• Die dry-cap uv 3® ist in ca. 2,5 Stunden aufgeladen und betriebsbereit für ca. 5 Zyklen
im Dry&Clean Modus oder ca. 60 Zyklen im Clean Modus. iLED 3 leuchtet grün

3. Stülpen Sie die dry-cap uv 3® mit der Haube über die Ladestation mit den auadbaren Hörsystemen.
4. Drücken Sie die linke Taste (Dry&Clean Modus) und das Pege-Programm (Trocknen + UV-C) startet automatisch.
• Die Schnell-Trocknung mittels Ventilators erfolgt prozessorgesteuert über 2 Stunden. iLED 1 leuchtet
• Ultraviolettes Licht (253,7 nm) beseitigt Keime und Bakterien zu 99,9%
innerhalb 2 Minuten. iLED 1 blinkt
• Nach 2 Minuten schaltet sich das UV-C Licht automatisch ab,
der Trocknungsprozess geht weiter. iLED 1 leuchtet
• In den letzten 2 Minuten erfolgt eine zweite UV-C Hygiene. iLED 1 blinkt
• Nach 2 Stunden erfolgt die automatische Abschaltung in Stand-by. iLED 1 erlischt
Trocknung und Hygiene sind abgeschlossen, die Auadung der Hörsysteme in der Ladestation geht weiter und kann
nach Abschaltung der Ladestation bis zur Benutzung der Hörsysteme unter der dry-cap uv 3® verbleiben.
5. Heben Sie die dry-cap uv 3® an und stellen Sie diese neben der Ladestation wieder ab. Entnehmen Sie die getrockneten und
hygienisch gereinigten Hörsysteme Ihrer Ladestation.

3. Stülpen Sie die dry-cap uv 3® mit der Haube über die zu reinigenden Produkte.
4. Drücken Sie die rechte Taste (Clean Modus) und das Hygiene-Programm (UV-C) startet automatisch.
• Ultraviolettes Licht (253,7 nm) beseitigt Keime und Bakterien zu 99,9%
innerhalb 2 Minuten. iLED 2 blinkt
• Nach 2 Minuten erfolgt die automatische Abschaltung in Stand-by. iLED 2 erlischt
Die Hygiene ist abgeschlossen.
5. Heben Sie die dry-cap uv 3® an und stellen Sie diese neben den Produkten wieder ab. Entnehmen Sie die hygienisch gereinigten
Produkte.
Pege und Betrieb
Zur Reinigung Ihrer dry-cap uv 3® empfehlen wir das Abwischen mit Reinigungs-Feuchttüchern. Beachten Sie bitte auch die
Pege- und Betriebs-Hinweise Ihrer Hörsysteme und Ladestation. Die dry-cap uv 3® ist sehr energiesparend. Erst wenn der Lithi-
um-Ionen-Akku Ihrer leer ist, muss dieser wieder aufgeladen werden (siehe Inbetriebnahme) iLED 3 leuchtet rot. Sie können die
Trocknung im Dry&Clean Modus unterbrechen, indem Sie die Taste länger als 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten oder das Gerät anheben
und kippen.
