重要說明
為安全起見，初次使用產品前請先細閱本說
明書，並保存說明書，以便作參考之用。
本產品只供家居使用。請必須依照本說明書
內的指示安裝及操作。
Important
For safety purpose, you should read the instructions
carefully before using the appliance for the rst time.
Save the instructions for future reference.
The appliance is designed for domestic use and may
only be installed and operated in accordance with
these instructions for use.
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before connecting the kettle to the power
supply, check that the voltage indicated
on the appliance (underside the kettle & base)
corresponds with the voltage in your home. If
this is not the case, contact your dealer and do
not use the kettle.
3. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a
table or counter or touch a hot surface.
4. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven.
5. Do not operate the appliance without anything
in it to avoid damaging the heating element.
6. Ensure that the kettle is used on a rm and at
surface out of reach of children, this will prevent
the kettle from overturning and prevent damage
or injury.
7. To protect against a re, electric shock or
personal injury, do not immerse cord, electric
plugs or kettle in water or other liquids.
8. While water is boiling, or just after the water
has been boiled, avoid contact with steam from
the spout.
9. Always take care to pour boiling water slowly
and carefully without tipping the kettle too fast.

座底部）標注的電壓是否您的家用電壓一

不要使用該水壺。

4.不要將水壺放在熱的蒸氣上或附近，亦不要

5.不要空燒水壺，以免損毀內部的加熱元件。
6.確保水壺放在平整穩固的水平面上並遠離孩

10. Be careful of relling when the kettle is hot.
All repairs must be done by German Pool or
licensed technicians in order to avoid hazards.
11. Any servicing should be performed by an
authorized service representative. Do not
attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the
appliance.
12. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by a person
responsible for their safety.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
14. Do not touch the hot surface. Use the handle or
the button.
15. The attached base cannot be used for other
than intended use
16. Extreme caution must be used when moving an
appliance containing hot water.
17. The appliance is not a toy. Do not let the
children play with it .
18. The kettle is for household use only. Do not use
outdoors.
19. The use of accessories, which are not
recommended by the appliance manufacturer,
may result in re, electric shock or personal
injury.
20. Unplug the kettle from the outlet when not in
use and before cleaning. Allow the kettle to cool
before putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning the appliance.
21. To disconnect, turn any control to “off,” then
remove plug from wall outlet.
22. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
23. Do not use the appliance for other than intended its
use.

23. The kettle can only be used with the power base
provided.
24. If the kettle is overlled, boiling water may spill
out.
25. Always ensure the lid is closed. Do not lift it
while water is boiling. Scalding may occur if the
lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
26. This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, ofces and other
working environments;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.

Temperature Buttons 溫度按鈕
1.只選擇一個溫度按鍵時：水壺將水加熱至相應的溫度並保溫。加熱時，溫度顯示器將會顯示
藍色，水加熱至所需溫度時，電源指示燈會變綠色。當超過保溫時間時(約30分鐘)，兩個
顯示燈會熄滅。
When only one temperature button is pressed: The kettle will heat the water up to the
corresponding temperature and keep warm at that temperature. When heating, only that
temperature indicator will be illuminated blue; once the water has been heated to the selected
keep warm temperature, the power will be illuminated green. When the keep warm time is up
(about 30 minutes), the two indicators will be extinguished.
2.按電源開關鍵：水壺會開始燒水及停止加熱。當加熱時，電源顯示燈會顯示紅色，當水沸騰
後，紅色顯示燈會熄滅，其他指示燈也處於熄滅狀態。
Press the power switch: the kettle will boil the water and stop heating once it is boiled. When
heating, the power indicator will be illuminated red; after boiling, the red indicator will be
extinguished, the other indicators will not light up.
3.先按開關按鍵，然後按任何溫度按鈕：水壺即開始燒水，並調整至所需溫度，維持於該溫
度。按開關按鍵及任何溫度按鈕時，電源指示燈會顯示紅色，而溫度顯示器將會顯示藍色，
水加熱至所需溫度時，溫度按鈕亦會顯示藍色，而電源指示燈會由紅色變綠色。當超過保溫
時間時(約30分鐘)，兩個顯示燈會熄滅。
Press the power switch first, then press any temperature button: the kettle will boil the water
then reduce to the corresponding temperature and keep warm at the chosen temperature. When
pressing the power switch and any temperature button, the power indicator will be illuminated
red, and the temperature indicator will be illuminated blue; after boiling and the selected keep
warm temperature has been reached, the temperature indicator will be also illuminated blue,
but the power indicator will be illuminated from red to green. When the keeping warm time has
run out (about 30 minutes), the two indicators will be extinguished.

4.先按溫度按鍵，再按電源開關：關閉電源。
Press the temperature button first, then press the power switch: shut off the power source.
5.先按一個溫度按鍵，再按另外一個溫度按鍵：水將會加熱至第二次選擇的溫度，並且以該溫度
保溫。
Press one temperature button first, then press the other temperature button: the water will be
heated to the second selected temperature and keep warm on there.
6.先按電源開關，然後按其中一個溫度按鍵，再按另一個溫度按鍵：水壺將煲水，然後直接以第
二次選擇的溫度保溫。
Press the power switch first, and press one temperature button, then press another temperature
button: the kettle will boil the water, and reduce to the second selected temperature directly and
keep warm at that temperature.

初次使用水壺時，建議在使用前先煲滿一壺水兩次，然後將水倒掉，然後濕布清潔水壺表面。
If you are using the kettle for the first time, it is recommended that you should clean your kettle before
use by boiling a full kettle of water twice and then discarding the water. Wipe the surface with a damp
cloth.
注意：水壺的最大容量為1.5公升。
NOTE: The maximum capacity of kettle is 1.5L.
1.裝水時，將壺身抽出電源底座，然後按開蓋按鈕打開水壺蓋，裝入所需水量，然後關上蓋
子。水壺也可通過壺嘴裝水。水量不能超過「MAX」標準線，或者低於「MIN」標準線。水
量過少會導致水在煲滾前停止煲水。
To fill the kettle, remove it from the power base and open the lid by pressing the Lid Release
Button, fill with the desired amount of water, and then close the lid. Alternatively, the kettle may
be filled through the spout. The water level should not exceed MAX marks or sit below MIN level.
Too little water will result in the kettle switching off before the water has boiled.
注意：注水時請勿超過最大水量標準線，因為當水沸騰時，水會從壺嘴溢出。在插上插座前
請確保水壺蓋牢固蓋好。
NOTE: Do not fill the water over the maximum level, as water may spill out of the spout when
boiling. Ensure that the lid is firmly in place before plugging the power outlet.

Position the kettle on the power base.
3.將電源插頭插至插座上。按需要選擇相應的溫度按鍵，控制面板會顯示您的選擇。按下任何
一個按鍵後，控制面板上相應的顯示燈會變亮。水壺即開始運行，水溫亦與控制面板所顯示
者一致。
Connect the plug into a power outlet. Press a button according to its description on the control
panel. After pressing a button, corresponding indicators on the control panel will light up. The
Kettle will heat the water up to the temperature as described on the button.
注意：請確保開關通暢及壺蓋緊閉。如果開關堵塞或壺蓋打開的話，水壺不能關閉。
NOTE: Ensure that the power switch is free of obstructions and the lid is firmly closed, the
kettle will not turn off if the power switch is constrained or if the lid is open.
4.將壺身抽起，然後倒水。
Lift the kettle from the power base and then pour the water.
注意：當加熱或保溫時，若將壺身抽起後重新放置在電源底座上，之前預設的程式會被取
消。如果你想要繼續煲水或保溫，必須重設程式。倒出熱水時請小心，因熱水可致
燙傷。當水壺還裝著熱水時，請勿打開蓋子。
NOTE: If you remove the body from the power base during heating or keeping warm, the
previous pre-set programme will be cancelled. If you want to continue boiling or keeping
warm, you must reset the program again. Take care when pouring the water from your
kettle as boiling water may result in scalding. Do not open the lid while the water in the
kettle is hot.
5.當不使用水壺時，請將壺身放置在電源底座上。注意請確保水壺不通電。
The kettle may be stored on the power base when not in use. But make sure the power cord is
unplugged.
注意：不使用水壺時請斷電！
NOTE: Always disconnect the power supply when not use.

如不小心空燒水壺，乾燒保護會自動開啟，電源即斷電。如果發生此情況的話，下次煲水前要
先讓水壺冷卻。
Should the kettle accidentally operate without water, the boil-dry protection will automatically
switch off the power. If this occurs, allow the kettle to cool before filling with cold water before
re-boiling.

清潔與保養 Cleaning and Maintenance
礦物質沉澱物(水垢)的清除 Removal Of Mineral Deposits
在清洗前必須斷電。
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
1.禁止將水壺、電源線或電源底座放入水中，或者讓這些機件受潮。
Never immerse the kettle, power cord or power base in water, or allow moisture to come into
contact with these parts.
2.用濕布或清潔劑擦拭機身表面，請勿使用有毒性的清潔劑。
Wipe the surface of the body with a damp cloth or cleaner, never use a poisonous cleaner.
3.請定期清理濾網。為方便清潔，清洗前請拆下濾網，再於清洗後放回原處。
Remember to clean the filter regularly. For easier cleaning, detach the filter and replace it after
cleaning.
注意：不要使用化學清潔劑、鋼絲擦、木製品或者其他有腐蝕性的清潔劑清洗水壺外表，
以免水壺表面失去光澤。
CAUTION: Do not use chemical, steel scrub, wooden cleaners or abrasive cleaners to clean the
outside of the kettle to prevent the loss of gloss.
4.當不使用或儲存水壺時，電源線可以繞好及放在電源底座下。
When not use or storage, the power cord may be wound under the bottom of kettle.
水壺應該定期清潔。因水龍頭的自來水會在水壺底部形成沉澱物，從而會降低水壺的工作效
率。您也可使用商用除垢機，使用時須遵照說明書。您也可以選擇以下列方法用白醋除垢。
1.將3杯白醋倒入水壺內，然後加水加至完全覆蓋水壺底部。靜置一晚。
Fill the kettle with 3 cups of white vinegar, then add water to cover the bottom of kettle
completely. Leave the solution in the kettle overnight.

2.然後倒出壺中的液體，重新注入乾淨的水，加熱至沸騰後倒掉。按以上步驟重複幾次，直
至不再聞到醋味。在壺嘴內殘留的污跡可以用濕布擦掉。
Then discard the mixture in the kettle, then fill the kettle with clean water, boil and then
discard the water. Repeat several times until the odor of vinegar has been rinsed away. Any
stains remaining inside the spout can be removed by rubbing with a damp cloth.
