GMCR WORKBENCH
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
Electric Hand Drill, 3/8" Magnetic Hex Driver Bit, Socket
Set, Open End Wrenches.
BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH
Read through the assembly instructions to familiarize
yourself with the order in which the parts are
assembled.
We suggest that you clear & vacuum the area where
the bench is to be assembled.
It is important that the bench is assembled in the
same sequence as instructed.
HARDWARE
All assembly hardware is provided.
STEP 1
Connect the base side plates to the upright.
Attach each plate using (4) 3/8 x 1” hex head
bolts and nylock nuts per base plate.

STEP 2
Attach the arms to the uprights. Two per side
of the upright. Attach using (1) 3/8 x 4” hex
head bolt and nylock nut. The bolt will pass
completely through the arm and upright.

STEP 3
Insert the face/floor mount plate between the
front of the two base plates. Use (4) 3/8” x 1”
hex head bolts and nylock nuts to attach.
Once bolted in place attach the material
retaining plate to the back side of the face
plate as shown in Fig.2. Bolt in place using
(1) 3/8” x 1” hex head bolt and nylock nut.

STEP 4
Space the upright assemblies in line from each other. Attach the two uprights together with the support
stringers. Use (4) 3/8” x 4” hex head bolts and nylock nuts per support stringer.

STEP 5STEP 6
Secure the top to the top support brace and top mounting
brackets. Center the top front-to-back and side-to-side. Use (20)
#14 x 1” Lag bolts, screwing up through the supports into the
wood core of the top.
Attach the support brace and top
mounting bracket to the uprights.
Insert (2) 3/8 x 4” hex head bolts
through the top support brace
assembly, followed by the upright and
then the top mounting bracket. Secure
with (2) nylock nuts per upright. Top Support Brace
