REQUIREMENTS OR AN OPTIMAL INSTALLATION
To obtain t e maximal performance and best results, we recommend using and installing
t e crane scale according to following requirements:
■Do NOT overload t e crane scale, t is could damage t e load cell and void t e warranty.
■Do NOT leave load ung on t e crane scale for long time, t is could decrease t e scale´s
accuracy and s orten t e load cell´s life.
■C eck s ackle and ook before using. C eck t e clips, pins and screws regularly.
■C eck t e battery power frequently. W en t e crane scale runs out of power, c arge t e
battery wit t e supplied AC/Adaptor or replace it wit a full one.
■ If needed, rotate t e load rat er t an t e scale itself.
■Do NOT use t e scale under t under or rain.
■Do NOT submit it to atmosp eres wit corrosive gases.
■Install t e crane scale in a dry and well ventilated place, do not place it directly on t e
ground.
■Do NOT attempt to repair t e crane scale by yourself. Contact your local distributor.

Condition
•T e scale must not be in HOLD mode. Ot erwise, error message will keep
flas ing.
•T e scale must be stable. Ot erwise, error message will flas .
•Current weig t reading must be greater t an 0 or 0.0 or 0.00 (depending on t e
resolution). Ot erwise error message will flas .
•Current weig t reading must be lower t an 100% scale´s maximum capacity,
ot erwise, error message will flas .
•T e crane must be in gross mode. Ot erwise, t is action will be recognized as Tare
out.
Notice:
Tareing will reduce t e apparent overloading range of t e scale. For example, if a 1000kg
container is tared and t e scale maximum capacity is 5000kg, t e scale will overload at a
new weig t of 4.009kg (5000 – 1000 + 9 additional divisions)
* CHECKING POWER BATTERY
1 Press t e key on t e scale. T e display will s ow t e power battery “U ”
2 Press t e O key on t e remote control, before turning off, t e display will s ow
power battery “U “
3 Press t e MR and 1 keys on t e remote control, t e display will s ow t e power
battery “U ”. To return to normal weig ing mode, press t e MR on t e remote
control.
* HOLD UNCTION
Press t e HOLD key on t e remote control to old t e weig t displayed on t e screen. T e
indicator will lig t on.
To release t e current weig t displayed on t e screen, press again t e HOLD key on t e
remote control. T e indicator will lig t off.
Condition
To active t e HOLD function, t e scale must be stable. Ot erwise, message error
will flas .
* LOW BATTERY WARNING
If voltage battery is less t an U 580, t e display will be unstable.
T e display will s ow t e message “ - L b – “, t e scale will turn off automatically.
Rec arge t e battery using t e supplied AC/Adaptor.

* OVERLOAD WARNING
W en t e load (Net weig t + Tare) exceeds t e maximum capacity, t e display will s ow
“ – OL – “. Make sure t at load weig t is between t e capacity limits.
* POWER O
1 Press t e key on t e scale for 2 seconds.
2 Press t e O key on t e remote control for 2 seconds.
3 T e scale will auto turn-off after 60 minutes of no-activity.
