SAFETY GUIDE
Read carefully the following instruction and advice before using this scale.
• Over-loading this scale is harshly prohibited
• Refrain from long-time loading that could lead to excessive fatigue
on loadcell used inside the scale. Excessive fatigue on loadcell would
decrease the accuracy and shorten the life of scale.
• Check the shackle and hook regularly.
• Check the battery power level before/after use and recharge the scale
in time.
• In order to maximize the battery life, periodic recharging is necessary for
scales even not in use for long time.
• Do not try to repair the scale by yourselves.
• Use privately attached charger only.
• The scale can show the cell capacity when power on. For example when U
86 is shown, meaning the current cell capacity is 86%. If the cell capacity
is 20%, please charge the scale as soon as possible to avoid damaging
the battery.

OPERATION
Power on
Please turn on the crane scale first and then turn on the indicator pressing
the key.
Time
In weighing status, if check time, press key , it displays current time like
12:23:20.
Time adjustment: Press key , input “16” then press , it displays
time like “122320”, input the correct time like “122530” then press .
The time has been adjusted.
Date
In weighing status, if check date, press key , it displays current date like
11.03.10.
Date adjustment: Press key , input “17” then press , it displays date
like “110310”, input the correct date like “110315” then press . The date
has been adjusted.
Number operation
If checking number of current goods, press key , it displays goods No.
at lower left corner.
Modify Number: Press , input “19” then press ], it displays original
No., input the number you want then press to modify.

Statistics Printing
If a batch of goods need to be weighed for several times, it needs this printing
mode. Press key , it is statistics printing. It prints out No. of the goods,
date, serial number, time and weight.
For example, if first time the weight is 1000kg, press , it’ll print serial
number “0001”, time “12:30:30”, weight “1000”. Then press every time
after weighing the goods, after finishing weighing all the goods, press key
accumulate all the weights and print out then quit the mode.
Sample
General Printing
When weighing goods, after the stable light on, press key , it’ll print out
No. of the goods, date, time, tare weight, gross weight, net weight.

Auto Printing
This indicator has auto printing function, press key , it will print out like
statistics printing mode. It’ll print automatically every time after stable light on.
After finishing weighing, press again, it’ll accumulate and quit the mode.
Sample
Division Value
If modify division value, press it displays “P 0” means no decimal point
of division value, e.g.: to set division 0.5kg, input 1 (P 1) then press it
displays “d 1”, input 5 (d 5) then press . Finished now the division value
is 0.5kg.
Backlight
Press key to turn on / off the backlight.
Accumulation
Key is used in statistics printing mode, to accumulate the weights and
quit the mode.

Accumulation check
In statistics printing mode, press and check the total weights.
Pre-set Tare
Press key , it displays [p 0], input tare value like 879kg, then press .
PARAMETERS SETTING
Zero and baud rate setup
1. Press to enter into parameters setting and input “18”, then press .
2. The display will show (F1 1): Zero function range setup, choose “0
means 0%”, “1 means 2%”, “2 means 20%”, “3 means 50%”, “4 means
100%”. Select the desired option and press to confirm and go to
next parameter.
3. The display will show (F2 2): Zero function range of power on, choose
“0 means 0%”, ”1 means 4%”, ”2 means 50%”, ”3 means 100%”. Select
the desired option and press to confirm and go to next parameter.
4. The display will show (F3 05): Zero-tracking range, choose “5 means
0.5e”, ”10 means 1e”, max is “20 means 2e”, then press to confirm
and go to next parameter.
5. The display will show (F4 4): Baud rate of wireless, choose “1 means
600bps”, ”2 means 1200bps”, ”3 means 4800bps”, ”4 means 9600bps”,
then press to confirm and go to next parameter.
6. The display will show (F5 4): Baud rate of RS232, choose “1 means
600bps”, ”2 means 1200bps”, ”3 means 4800bps”, ”4 means 9600bps”,
then press to confirm.

7. The display will show “END” press to back to normal weighing mode.
Printing parameters setup
1. Press key, input “97” and press .
2. The display will show (p1 0): Setup print out whether back to “0” or not,
choose “0” means back to 0 and print, “1” for not back to 0 and print,
then press to confirm and go to next parameter.
3. The display will show (p2 1): Setup pieces of printing bill, choose
“1 means 1pc”, ”2 means 2pcs”, ”3 means 3pcs”, then press to
confirm and go to next parameter.
4. The display will show (P3 0): Setup time of auto printing after stable
light on, choose “0 means the time after stable”, “1means 1s after
stable”,” 2 means 2s” and the longs time is 3s, press .
5. The display will show “END” press to back to normal weighing mode.
Collecting printing
1. Press key, input “15” and press , it displays “pt 0”.
2. Input “1” it displays “pt 1”: Means print out all weights which under
the same No. of goods. Press to confirm, it displays “0” meaning
input No. of the goods like “1234” and press . It displays “pn 0”, 0
means simple mode which only print out the total weight of the goods
No.; 1 means print the details of the goods No., input the value and press
, it’ll begin printing.
3. Input “2” it displays “pt 2”: Means print out all weights which use same
