Introduction
A winning combination of strength and versatility has made the HTC 650 one of the most sold grinders in the world. The
patented system with four grinding disks gives the machine balance and makes it easy to handle without compromising
performance and efciency. As with all HTC grinders, the HTC 650 has been engineered to meet stringent demands on
ergonomics, economy and ecology.
HTC 650 EX
HTC 650 EX is a professional machine for grinding large surfaces. The machine has an 7.5 kW 3-phase frequency control-
led motor that makes the machine insensitive to voltage drops. Combined with weights, this machine is ideal for people
who demand a lot of versatility.
HTC 650 HDX
The HTC 650 HDX has an extremely powerful motor producing an impressive 11 kW. Combined with up to 57 kilos of
weights, this machine is ideal for people with extremely high demands for cutting capacity. The HTC 650 HDX is an optimal
machine for grinding concrete oors using the HTC Superoor™ method and for removing coverings.
Standard equipment
The following equipment is always included: puncture-free polyurethane-lled rubber tires, quick contact between the
electronics and motor, splash guard, water tank, locking key for electrical cabinet, hook wrench for grinding disks and hour
counter.
Extra equipment
Pump for cooling the oor surface with water mist.

Vibration and noise
The machine has been tested in accordance with ISO 8662-4 and ISO 11202 for vibration and noise. The mean value for
vibrations is 1.01 m/s² which applies when the machine accelerates. Sound power level when rough grinding concrete is 93
dB (mean value). This value varies depending on the choice of tool and type of oor. Always wear hearing protection.
