This operating manual contains detailed instructions on how to use and install this product and provides you with
detailed information including notes for using, operating, and installing, as well as the technical specifications.

1. Product Profile
BV-A10R is a high-end 4G Full HD Body Worn Camera tailor-made for law enforcement application. With IP66
waterproof, dust-proof, shock and vibration-resistant design, the outstanding performance delivers clear and
sharp images even under extremely low light conditions. BV-A10R features 120º angle view, 1080P video recording,
16MP photo resolution, 2.8" high brightness touch screen, 10 meter IR night vision together with high-capacity
battery to ensure long hour of operation during the shift. The accessories provided with the product can satisfy
the working demand of military and police personnel for collecting evidence at any place at any time.
BV-A10R is dedicated to Law Enforcement Recorder Terminal for all-weather Mobile Office Applications. In
3G/4G/WIFI cellular public network or private network, it can achieve live remote audio and video surveillance,
two-way audio. And its functions also include HD video wireless network real-time uploading, local storage,
two-way intercom, GPS Positioning, Bluetooth transmission and etc. The image and information of scene is
transmitted to the real-time monitoring center, and people on the background through the client/APP can view
real-time video, and interact with the scene, be under Command.
The terminal comprises of wireless video servers, featuring intelligent H.264 encoding technology, dual-stream
encoding, 3G/4G network transmission, video surveillance, voice intercom, data storage, alarm uploading, and
map positioning. On the basis of video server, many applications for the industry are expanded, such as cluster
intercom, visual intercom, video conference, document management, security management and etc., applicable
to public security on duty, traffic police patrols, individual combat operations, fire fighting rescue, urban
management enforcement, insurance claims, news broadcasts and other emergency command, mobile
monitoring command management system.

5.Local Operation Instructions
Boot: Long press "Power button" to boot
Shutdown: Long press "Power button", pop-up shutdown menu, click to shut down the device
After powering on, click [Unlock] on the login screen to enter the user interface.
The default password is empty.
5.1 Main Interface
Status bar: Display current status information (such as Bluetooth, WIFI, USB connection, camera, recording,
information, etc.); signal strength; battery status and time.
Use interface: Display Devices All Applications
Local preview: image preview, photograph, video, etc. of internal and external cameras
