1. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Die freiprogrammierbaren Steuerungen der Baureihe „SafetyController R 360“

sind für den Einsatz unter erschwerten Bedingungen ausgelegt. Sie sind geeig-

net zum direkten Einbau in Fahrzeugen und mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen.

Zusätzlich sind in den durch diese Anleitung beschriebenen Steuerungen für

sicherheitsrelevante Aufgaben spezielle Hard- und Softwarefunktionen inte-

griert, die einen Einsatz als Sicherheitssteuerung ermöglichen.

Die Steuerungen „SafetyController R 360“ sind für sicherheitsrelevante

Aufgaben im Sinne des Personenschutzes zugelassen, wenn die ent-

sprechenden Systemprüfroutinen in das Betriebssystem und die Appli-

kationssoftware eingebunden werden und durch einen vollständigen

Funktionstest geprüft wurden.

Die endgültige Einstufung und Freigabe eines Systems (Hard- und Soft-

ware) darf aber nur durch die entsprechenden Überwachungsorganisa-

tionen erfolgen.

2. Programmierung und wesentliche Ergänzungen zu dieser Anleitung

Zur Programmierung einer Steuerung wird neben dem Programmiersystem

noch das vollständige Systemhandbuch und die Ergänzung zum Systemhand-

buch „Einsatz als Sicherheitssteuerung“ benötigt. Sollten Ihnen diese Doku-

mentationen nicht vorliegen, können Sie diese in Deutsch oder Englisch auf

der angegebenen Homepage per Internet oder unter der unten angegebenen

Anschrift, per E-Mail, per Telefax, per Telefon oder per Post unentgeltlich an-

1. Function and features

The programmable controllers of the series "SafetyController R360" are

designed for use under severe conditions. They are suitable for direct

installation in vehicles and mobile machines.

Special hardware and software functions are additionally integrated in the

controllers for safety-related applications described in these instructions which

enable use as a safety controller.

The "SafetyController R360" controllers are approved for safety-related

applications relating to the protection of persons if the corresponding

system check routines are integrated into the operating system and

application software and were tested by means of a full function test.

However, the final classification and approval of a system (hardware

and software) may only be carried out by the corresponding

supervisory organisations.

2. Programming and important additions to these instructions

To program a controller the complete system manual and the supplement to

the system manual "Use as safety controller" are required in addition to the

programming system.

If you do not have these documents in German or English, you can request

1. Fonctionnement et caractéristiques

Les systèmes de contrôle-commande programmables de la série

"SafetyController R 360" sont conçus pour une utilisation dans des conditions

sévères. Ils sont conçus pour être installés dans des véhicules et des engins

mobiles.

De plus, des fonctions matérielles et logicielles spécifiques sont intégrées dans

les systèmes de contrôle-commande pour des applications de sécurité décrits

dans cette notice permettant une utilisation en tant que système de contrôle-

commande de sécurité.

Les systèmes de contrôle-commande "SafetyController R360" sont

homologués pour des applications de sécurité relatives à la protection

des personnes si les routines de test correspondantes du système sont

intégrées dans le système d'exploitation et le logiciel d'application et

si elles étaient vérifiées par un test fonctionnel complet..

Cependant, la classification définitive et l'homologation d'un système

(matériel et logiciel) ne doivent être effectuées que par les organismes

de contrôle correspondants.

2. Programmation et suppléments importants à cette notice

En plus du système de programmation, le manuel du système et le

supplément au manuel du système "Use as safety controller" sont nécessaires

pour programmer un système de contrôle-commande. Si vous n'avez pas ces

documents, vous pouvez les demander gratuitement en allemand ou anglais

1. Los controladores libremente programables de la serie "SafetyController

R 360" están concebidos para su empleo bajo condiciones difíciles. Son aptos

Los controladores descritos en las presentes instrucciones llevan además

integradas funciones especiales de hardware y software para tareas de

seguridad, que permiten su empleo como controladores de seguridad.

Los controladores "SafetyController R 360" están homologados para

tareas de seguridad relacionadas con la protección de personas, si

previamente se han incorporado las correspondientes rutinas de

control de sistema tanto al sistema operativo como al software de

aplicaciones y se han sometido a comprobación por medio de un test

de funcionamiento completo.

Aún así, la clasificación definitiva y la autorización del sistema

(hardware y software) solamente pueden ser efectuadas por las

correspondientes organizaciones supervisoras.

2. Para la programación del controlador se requiere, además del sistema de

programación, el manual completo del sistema y su complemento titulado

"Empleo como controlador de seguridad". Si las documentaciones

mencionadas no están disponibles, puede solicitarlas de forma gratuita en

1. Le unità di comando liberamente programmabili della serie "SafetyController

R 360" sono realizzate per l'impiego in condizioni difficili. Sono adatte al

montaggio diretto in veicoli e macchinari mobili.

Inoltre, nelle unità di comando per le applicazioni nel campo della sicurezza

descritte nelle presenti istruzioni sono integrate speciali funzioni hardware e

software, che ne consentono l'utilizzo come unità di comando di sicurezza.

L'unità di comando "SafetyController R 360" è approvata per lavorare

nel campo della sicurezza salva uomo, a condizione che le adeguate

routine di test del sistema vengano inserite nel sistema e nel software

di applicazione e siano state verificate mediante un test funzionale

completo.

La classificazione e l'approvazione finali del sistema (hardware e

software) devono però essere effettuate soltanto dalle relative

organizzazioni di controllo.

2. Per la programmazione dell'unità di comando è necessario disporre, oltre che

del sistema di programmazione, anche del manuale del sistema completo e

dell'integrazione al manuale del sistema "Utilizzo come unità di comando di

sicurezza". Se tali documentazioni non dovessero essere disponibili, è possibile

Reglaget "SafetyController R 360" har godkänts för säkerhetsrelevanta

uppgifter i enlighet med personskyddsföreskrifterna, om de relevanta

systemkontrollrutinerna integreras i operativsystemet och

applikationsmjukvaran och undersöks genom en fullständig

funktionstest.

Slutgiltig klassificering och användningstillstånd för systemet (hård-

och mjukvara) får dock endast utfärdas av behöriga

övervakningsorganisationer.

2. För programmeringen av reglaget behövs utöver programmeringssystemet

även den kompletta systemhandboken och komplementet till

systemhandboken "Användning som säkerhetsreglage". Skulle dessa

dokument inte finnas till hands kan de beställas utan kostnad på engelska

1. De vrij te programmeren besturingen van de bouwserie "SafetyController

R 360" zijn ontworpen voor gebruik onder verzwaarde omstandigheden.

Deze zijn geschikt voor directe inbouw in voertuigen en mobiele

arbeidsmachines.

Bovendien zijn in de door deze gebruiksaanwijzing beschreven besturingen

voor taken die relevant zijn voor de veiligheid, speciale hard- en

softwarefuncties geïntegreerd, die een gebruik als veiligheidsbesturing

mogelijk maken.

De besturingen "SafetyController R 360" zijn toegelaten voor taken die

relevant zijn voor de veiligheid, in de zin van bescherming van

personen, wanneer de betreffende systeemtestfuncties in het

besturingssysteem en de applicatiesoftware geïntegreerd worden en

door een volledige functietest gecontroleerd werden.

De definitieve classificatie en de vrijgave van het systeem (hard- en

software) mag echter alleen geschieden door de betreffende

bewakingsinstanties.

2. Voor het programmeren van de besturing is behalve het programmeersysteem

nog het volledige systeemhandboek en de aanvulling op het

systeemhandboek "Einsatz als Sicherheitssteuerung" [Gebruik als

veiligheidsbesturing] nodig. Mocht deze documentatie niet aanwezig zijn, dan

kunt u deze in het Duits of Engels op de aangegeven internetpagina of op de
