REAR PANEL DESCRIPTION
6 DC 18V
Locking power port, connect to the DC 18V power adapter provided.
Note: When the receiver is connected to a bi-directional PoC
enabled transmitter, only one power adapter is needed at
transmitter or receiver side to power both units.
7 HDBT IN Connect to the transmitter via a Cat 5e/6/6a/7 cable.
8 IR IN Connect to the IR receiver provided.
9 IR OUT Connect to the IR emitter provided.
10 RS232 For RS232 pass-through or firmware upgrade, and can be set
through DIP switch on front panel.
11 HDMI OUT Connect to an HDMI display using an HDMI cable.
FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTION
1 Power LED On: The device is powered on.
Off: The device is powered off.
2 Status LED Blinking: The device is working properly.
Off: The device is not working properly.
3 HDCP LED
On: HDCP protected content is being transmitted.
Blinking: Non-HDCP protected content is being transmitted.
This is normal and will not affect operation.
Off: No content is being transmitted.
4 Link LED On: HDBT link is normal.
Off/Blinking: No HDBT link or link error.
5 Dip Switch
RS232 DIP Switch for settings of RS232 function.
• PASS THROUGH (default setting): RS232 port is
used for RS232 commands pass-through over HDBT.
• MCU: For MCU firmware update.
• VS: For VS firmware update.
Note: Transmitter and receiver must be updated individually.

• Via a Cat 5e/6 cable, transmits 4K@60Hz 4:2:0 8bit signal up to 35m/115 and transmits
1080P signal up to 60m/200
• Supports bi-direconal PoC
• Supports bi-direconal IR pass-through over HDBT
• Supports bi-direconal RS232 pass-through over HDBT
• Supports CEC pass-through over HDBT
• Supports rmware update
• Slim prole, space saving and easy-to-install
Note:
• Before installaon, please ensure the unit is disconnected from the power source.
• The height of installaon should not exceed 2 meters from the ground.
Installaon steps:
1. Remove the screws from one side panel of the unit.
2. Aach the installaon bracket to the enclosure using the screws that were provided in the
package separately. The bracket height can be adjusted up/down or bracket face up or down.
3. The bracket is aached to the enclosure as shown.
4. Repeat steps 1-2 for the other side of the unit.
5. Aach the brackets to the surface you want to mount to using screws (not included).

Warnings:
• Before wiring, disconnect the power from all devices.
• During wiring, connect and disconnect the cables gently.
Steps for device wiring:
1. Connect HDMI IN: Connect an HDMI source (such as PC, Blu-ray player,
Apple TV, 4K media player, etc) to the HDMI IN of the transmier using an
HDMI cable.
2. Connect HDMI OUT: Connect an HDMI display device (such as TV,
projector, LED/LCD display) to the HDMI OUT of the receiver using an
HDMI cable.
3. Connect HDBT OUT: Connect HDBT OUT of the transmier to HDBT IN of
the receiver using a Cat 5e/6/6a/7 cable.
4. Connect for IR pass-through: Connect the IR emier to IR OUT of the
transmier/receiver, and the IR receiver to IR IN of the receiver/
transmier; secure the IR emier head over the center of the source
device/display IR window.
5. If the transmier also supports bidireconal PoC, connect power to either
the transmier or receiver; if not, connect power to transmier and
receiver respecvely.
6. Power on all aached devices.
When all is set, check if all LED indicators on the transmier and receiver are
normal to ensure installaon is successful. For LED indicaon, please refer to
Panel Descripon secon.

This product supports rmware upgrading through RS232 port. Please contact your supplier to get the latest upgrade tool
“Legrand Product Firmware Updater”.
Warning: Do not power o the device during upgrading process.
To upgrade MCU rmware of the device, perform the following:
1. Set the DIP switch of the device to “MCU” posion.
2. Connect the device to a PC using a USB Type-A to 3-pin phoenix connector cable.
3. Connect the power adapter provided to the device, and power on the device.
4. Click to run the “Legrand Product Firmware Updater” soware. The following window will appear on the next page:
