Thank you for purchasing the 100m C6 HDMI Transmitter With HDBaseT™. This product
has been designed to provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a
LINDY 2 year warranty and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please

Installation and Operation
The following steps are for an installation using the C6 HDMI Transmitter with display
equipment with integrated HDBaseT Technology and aHDMI source. If you are using DVI
equipment, please substitute the HDMI cablesfor DVI to HDMI cables where required.
1. Connect your HDMI source to the C6 HDMI Transmitter unit using a HDMI cable
(maximum length 5m).
2. Connect one end of the Cat.5e/6/7 cable (max. length 100m) to the output port
on the C6 HDMI Transmitter and the other end to the HDBaseT port of HDBaseT
equipped Display/Projector. Use solid core installation cable of at least Cat.5e
UTP.
3. For Ethernet functionality, connect your devices to the 10/100Base-T ports on the
Transmitter.
4. Plug the DC power supplies into the Transmitter and display equipment with
integrated HDBaseT Technology and switch on.
5. Power on your HDMI Source to complete the installation.

Installation
Die folgenden Schritte beschreiben die Installation mit HDMI Display-Geräten und einer
HDMI Signalquelle. Bei Verwendung von DVI Geräten ersetzen Sie bitte die HDMI-Kabel
durch HDMI-DVI-Kabel.
1. Verbinden Sie Ihre HDMI Signalquelle mit dem C6 Transmitter mit einem HDMI
Kabel (max. Länge 5m).
2. Schließen Sie das eine Ende des Cat.5e/6/7 Kabels (max. Länge 100m) am
Transmitter und das andere Ende am HDBaseT-Eingang Ihres HDMI-Beamers
bzw. -Displays bzw. -Receiver an. Verwenden Sie Installationskabel mit starren
Adern (solid core) mindestens der Qualität 22/24AWG Cat.5e/6 UTP. Bis zu
mittleren Distanzen kann auch hochwertiges Patchkabel funktionieren.
3. Schließen Sie das IR-Tranmitterkabel an falls Sie diese zusätzliche Funktionalität
nutzen wollen, und platzieren Sie den IR Transmitter so, dass die HDMI
Signalquelle das IR-Signal empfangen kann.
4. Zur Nutzung der Ethernet Funktion müssen Sie lediglich ihre Geräte anschließen.
5. Schließen Sie das Netzteile am Transmitter an und schalten Sie Ihre HDMI
Signalquelle und das Displaygerät ein.

Installation
Les étapes suivantes concernent une installation utilisant le C6 HDMI Transmitter avec
un équipement d’affichage avec technologie HDBaseT intégrée et une source HDMI. Si
vous utilisez un équipement DVI, veuillez substituer les câbles HDMI avec des câbles DVI
vers HDMI.
1. Connectez votre source HDMI au C6 HDMI Transmitter en utilisant un câble
HDMI (longueur maximale 5m).
2. Connectez une extrémité du câble Cat.5e/6/7 (longeur max. 100m) au port de
sortie du C6 HDMI Transmitter et l’autre extrémité sur le port HDBaseT de
l’affichage/projecteur équipé HDBaseT. Utilisez un câble d’installation ‘’solid
core’’ (monobrin) de qualité Cat.5e UTP à minima.
3. Pour les fonctionnalités Ethernet, connectez vos appareils au port 10/100Base-
T sur le Transmitter.
4. Branchez la prise l’alimentation DC au Transmitter et à l’équipement d’affichage
avec technologie HDBaseT intégrée et mettez sous tension.
5. Mettez votre source HDMI sous tension pour compléter l’installation.

Installazione
I seguenti passi sono validi per l’installazione del Trasemttitore C6 HDMI con un display
che integra nativamente la tecnologia HDBaseT da connettore ad una sorgente HDMI
generica. Se state utilizzando una sorgente DVI dovrete sostituire il cavo di collegamente
con un cavo DVI-HDMI.
1. Collegate la vostra sorgente HDMI al trasmettitore C6 HDMI utilizzando un cavo
HDMI (lungo massimo 5m).
2. Collegate un capo del cavo Cat.5e/6/7 (lungo massimo 100m) alla porta in uscita
dal Trasmettitore C6 HDMI e l’altro alla porta HDBaseT dello schermo/proiettore.
Utilizzate cavi mono filari (solid core) almeno Cat.5e UTP.
3. Per le funzionalità Ethernet collegato i vostri dispositivi di rete alle porte
10/100Base-T sul Trasmitter.
4. Collegate il connettore di alimentazione DC del Transmitter e quello del display
con tecnologia HDBaseT integrata e accendeteli.
5. Accendete anche la sorgente HDMI per completare l’installazione.
