General Safety Instructions
USE OUTDOORS ONLY.
THIS UNIT MUST BE INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT
REGULATIONS AND USED IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA.
WARNING ACCESSIBLE PARTS MAY BE VERY HOT.
PLEASE KEEP YOUNG CHILDREN AWAY.
TURN OFF THE GAS SUPPLY AT THE GAS CYLINDER AFTER USE.
DO NOT MOVE THE APPLIANCE DURING COOKING.
IMPORTANT:
Read t e following instruction carefully and be sure your
barbecue is properly installed, assembled and cared for. Failure
to follow t ese instructions may result in serious bodily injury
and/or property damage.
1. T e barbecue grill is safe and easy to use. Please ensure you
only use your barbecue at t e correct pressure t e appliance is
designed for.
2. Never fit t e cylinder rig t to next t e barbecue. Always
place t e cylinder at t e left and rear of t e appliance. T e
cylinder s ould be sited as far away from t e appliance as

possible wit out straining t e ose. Never lig t t e grill wit
t e lid closed.
3. T e appliance and cylinder must be placed on level surface
and must not be used w ilst alig t.
4. Food can be barbecued on t e cooking grid eit er wit or
wit out t e lid being closed. W en t e lid is closed for 5
minutes, t e lid must be open for 1 minute to release eat.
5. Adequate ventilation is vital for combustion and efficiency
performance of t e barbecue. T is will ensure t e safety of t e
user and ot er people in t e vicinity of t e area w ere t e
appliance is being used. Never use t e appliance in any enclosed
covered area.
6. W en t e wind speed is above 2m/s, don’t use gas grill facing to
t e wind.
7. Any modification to t e appliance may be dangerous and may
cause injury or property damage.
8. T e parts sealed by t e manufacturer or is agent s all not be
manipulated by t e user.
9. Do not modify t e appliance
10. Never mount t e cylinder under t e barbecue on t e base s elf
as t is could result in serious injury to t e user, ot er people
and/or property.
11. Use protective gloves w en andling particularly ot
components.
12. T e appliance must not ave any over ead obstruction. E.g.
trees, s rubs, lean to roofs. T e appliance must be installed wit
a clearance of 1 m around t e appliance.

13. Prior to installation, ensure t at t e local distribution conditions
(nature of t e gas and gas pressure) and t e adjustment of t e
appliance are compatible
14. T e adjustment conditions for t is appliance are stated on t e
label (or data plate).
15. T is appliance is not connected to a combustion products
evacuation device. It s all be installed and connected in
accordance wit current installation regulations. Particular
attention s all be given to t e relevant requirements regarding
ventilation.
16. T e appliance must not be used near flammable materials.
(Petroleum based products, t inners or any ot er solid object
t at carries a flammable warning label.)
17. Close t e valve of t e gas cylinder or t e regulator after use.
18. T e use of t is appliance in enclosed areas can be dangerous
and is PROHIBITED.
19. WARNING: Your gas barbecue s ould never be used by c ildren.
Accessible parts of t e barbecue may be very ot. Keep young
c ildren away w ile it is in use.
20. It is absolutely necessary to keep t is appliance clean at all times
as it comes into direct contact wit food.
21. Regarding t e instruction for cleaning surfaces in contact wit
food t anks to refer to t e below paragrap “cleaning” in
manual.
22. T e barbecue must be installed on a stable orizontal
support before use.
23. Warning: T e temperature of t e barbecue will become
very ig . Do not move t e barbecue w en operating.

24. T e barbecue must be eated and t e fire kept
incandescent for at least 30 minutes before t e first
cooking.
25. Use only c arcoal in t e fire bowl.
26. Do not fill t e fire bowl above t e level of t e cooking grid.

and is not completely extinguis ed.

40. Caution: do not, under any circumstances, cover t e grill

damage to t e grill.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mounting steps
Make sure your grill is assembled properly. Detailed assembly instructions as below give specific assembly
procedures for eac model. Follow t ese instructions carefully to ensure t e correct and safe assembly of
t e grill.
Caution: Alt oug we take every effort to ensure t at t e assembly process is as easy as possible, it is
in erent wit fabricated steel parts t at corners and edged can cause cuts if improperly andled during
assembly procedures. Be careful w ile andling any parts during assembly. It is strongly recommended
t at you protect ands wit a pair of work gloves。
Preparation
You will need LPG gas bottle and proper regulators under t e gas pressure to operate t is gas grill. T e
regulators s ould be comply wit
NF for France, BSEN 16129:2013 for ot er countries
.
Note : For ot er countries, cylinder and regulator are dependant on t e National Situations in countries of destin
ation.
See Safety precautions below c apter for fart er instructions.
Energy saving tips:
a) Reduce t e opening time of t e lid.

b) Turn t e grill off as soon as cooking is completed.
c) Pre eat t e gas grill for 10 to 15 minutes only.
(Except for t e first use)
d) Do not pre eat longer t en recommended.
e) Do not use a ig er setting t an required.
f) Connect t e ose and regulator to t e gas container at t e left side of t e gas grill. Keeping in mind t at
t e gas container must be kept away from eat and in a safe position .T e ose dimension is 10mm
diameter. T e Lengt of ose recommended w ic s all not exceed 1.5m.
Installation
After purc asing your gas cylinder you will t en be ready to set it up wit your gas grill.
a) W en c anging t e gas cylinder w ic s all be carried out away from any source of ignition. Position
t e gas cylinder at left side of your gas grill, s ould not be placed inside BBQ, keeping in mind t at t e
bottle must be kept away from eat and in a safe position.
b) W en ready to use your gas grill insert t e regulator into t e gas bottle valve and tig ten firmly.
Warning: Before attempting to lig t your gas grill you must refer to your lig ting instructions
and warning / safety points.
C eck t e ose before eac use, searc ing for cracking, cuts or any abrasions. If t e ose is found to be
faulty in any way do not attempt to use your gas grill.
W en c anging your gas bottle ensures t at t ere are no sources of ignition close by i.e. fires, cigarettes,
naked flames etc. Make sure t at t e appliance is switc ed off.
Ensure t at t e ose is not subjected to twisting w ic will affect t e gas flow w en installing your gas
grill. Also t e ose must not ave undue tension and must not touc any part of t e gas grill w ic may
be ot.
Please c oose flexible ose w ose eatproof ig er t an 80℃
T e ose must be c anged w en t e expiration date printed on t e ose is reac ed. It is necessary to
c ange t e ose w en national conditions require it and if found defective.

T e gas cylinder (NF compliant for France) can be put on
t e floor (next to t e appliance) or on t e bottom
s elf/inside t e trolley of your appliance (unless ot erwise stated on t e appliance).
Indeed, it is necessary to keep a certain distance between t e gas bottle and t e burners during use.
If your gas cylinder doesn’t respect t e required dimensions, put it on t e floor, next to your appliance.
Note: For ot er countries, cylinder and regulator are dependant on t e National Situations in countries of
destination.
NEVER USE YOUR PRODUCT WITH CITY GAZ. T e gas circuit is produced only for Butane/Propane
(G30/G31).
NEVER USE TOOL TO TIGHTEN THE PRESSURE
REGULATOR NUT ON YOUR PRODUCT: it can damage t e
product. A and tig t is sufficient.
T is appliance is only suitable for use wit low-pressure butane, propane or t eir mixture gas and used
wit t e appropriate low-pressure regulator via a flexible ose. T e ose s ould be secured to t e regulator
and t e appliance wit ose clips.
-Using 28mbar regulator wit category I3+ for butane gas and a 37mbar regulator wit category I3+ for
propane gas;
-Using a 30mbar regulator wit category I3B/P(30);
-Using a 37mbar regulator wit category I3B/P(37);
-Using a 50mbar regulator wit category I3B/P(50);
Use a suitable regulator certified to BSEN 16129:2013.
Note : For ot er countries, cylinder and regulator are dependant on t e National Situations in countries of destin
ation.
Never use a dented or rusty gas cylinder.
Please consult your LPG dealer for information regarding a suitable regulator for t e gas cylinder.
BEFORE USE PLEASE CHECK FOR LEAKS
Never c eck for leaks wit a naked flame, always use a soapy water solution
