Step 2 –Inserting Square Nuts into rails
Instructions
Diagrams
•
Find a flat surface area, ideally on floor,
to build the entire frame structure.
•
If mount will be used with monitors having
screen size of 55”or greater the Top and
Bottom rails have been cut in half to make
shipping easier.
•Join the 2 sections of Top Rails together as
shown in figure 2A using 4mm Allen
wrench.
•Repeat for the Bottom Rails.
Fig. 2A
•
With each Top and Bottom Rail, slide
the Square Nut (Part N) into bottom t-
slot for each rail supplied. See figures
2A and 2B.
•Insert the following number of Square
Nuts into each top and bottom rail as
indicated below:
Model

Step 3 – Building Frame Structure
•Position one of the Top Rails (Part A),
Middle Frame (Part MF), Bottom Rails
(Part B), Side Rail (Part S) as shown in
figure 3A.
•Slide the Top Rail (Part A) into the t-slot
of the Side Rail (Part S) and Middle
Frame (Part MF) by sliding the QC
connector into the rails. See figure 3B.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the Square Nuts
previously inserted in bottom of rails do
not fall out.
•The Top Rail must be positioned the
same distance as measurement A from
the very top of Side Rail. See figure 3D.
Example:
If measurement A is 5cm, then the Top
Rail must be positioned 5 cm from top
of Side Rail.
•Once in place, tighten the hex bolt that
is on the left side of Top Rail using a
6mm hex key (not supplied). See figure
3C.
IMPORTANT
Do not tighten the hex bolt on right side
yet.
