Attaching the Mountable External
The Advanced 3-Way Switcher features an external IR
receiver, allowing you to hide it from view, but still maintain
Place the switcher in the desired location. Select
a location with convenient access to an AC outlet.
Using the adhesive strip on the bottom of the external
receiver, mount the receiver to a fl at surface within line
of sight of your seating/viewing area.
Route the external receiver’s cable to the switcher.
Connect the cables 1/8” minijack connector to the
minijack input on the back of the switcher, labeled “IR”.
