Digital Clock with Camera

Introduction
This clock is ideal for hidden security and observation. A camera
and Micro SD card reader (Micro SD card not incl.) for recording
is hidden in the clock. If movement is detected the recorder
will start to record. The recorder can also be set for constant
recording. There is a built-in microphone to record audio.
You can also congure the clock to only record the audio. The
included rechargeable lithium battery enables you to record
up to 12 hours. The clock can be used as a regular digital clock
with wake up function. The SPYCCL10CSR comes with a remote
control for easy operation.

Before use
1. Slide the cover at the right side of the clock backwards to
get access to the connections (see images above).
2. It is recommended to charge the battery rst. Make sure the
on/o switch is set to o. Connect the USB cable with the
mini USB plug to the USB connection of the clock and the
USB plug at the other end of the cable to a USB connection
of a computer/notebook or the included AC/DC adapter.
3. During charging the indicator lights up red and the green
indicator will be slowly ashing. The battery is fully charged
after 3 to 4 hours. After charging the green indicator will
be on. Note: for optimal performance of the battery it’s
recommended to charge the battery for 12 hours the rst
three times.
4. Insert a Micro SD card before proceeding.

5. Set the date and time for videos
and photos. Be sure the device is
still connected to a computer or
notebook. Select in the window
“open folder to view les”. Create
a text le in the folder. The text le
must be named tag and enter the
current date (YYYYMMDD) and
time (HHMMSS). The date in the
record les will be shown as MM/
DD/YYYY HH/MM/SS. Save the
le. (Please type the time setting
according to the picture).
Operation
Video function
1. Switch the clock on with the on/o switch. The indicator
lights up red.
Note: if the indicator does not light up, press the on/o button on
the remote control to turn it on.
2. To record with motion detection, press the activate/
deactivate motion detection button on the remote control.
The red indicator ashes quickly 3 times and goes o. If
the camera detects motion, the recording starts. To stop
recording with motion detection, press the activate/
deactivate motion detection button again. The red indicator
ashes quickly 3 times and stays on.
Note: when recording is started, the device will try to detect motion
every two minutes. When there is no movement detected the
recording stops, otherwise the recording continues.
3. To record constantly, press the start/stop recording audio
and video button on the remote control. The red indicator
ashes quickly 3 times and goes o. To stop recording, press

the button again. The red indicator ashes quickly 3 times
and stays on.
Photo function
1. Switch to on with the on/o switch. The indicator lights up
red.
Note: if the indicator does not light up, press the on/o button of the
remote control to turn it on.
2. Press the photo function button to make a photo. The red
indicator goes o after a few seconds and then returns red.
Press again for more photos.
Audio function
1. Switch to on with the on/o switch. The indicator lights up
red.
Note: if the indicator does not light up, press the on/o button of the
remote control to turn it on.
2. To record only audio, press the start/stop recording audio
button. The red indicator starts to ash slowly. Press again
to stop audio recording.
General
- When no function is activated within 1 minute, the power will
automatically shut down to save battery power.
- The video, photo and audio les are stored in the folder DCIM,
100 MEDIA. Connect the device to a computer or notebook
with the USB cable. Select in the window “open folder to view
les”.
- When the battery power is low during use, the current le will
be saved before the device turns o.
- When the device does not power on, then the battery power
is probably low and needs to be charged again before use.
- When the Micro SD card is defective of not inserted, the red
indicator will ash for a few seconds and then automatically
turn o.
- Save your data when you connect to a computer otherwise
the data will be over-written when the SD card is full.

- When the switch is set to on and the red indicator is o, then
the camera is in stand-by mode.
- When the device is running out of memory the red indicator
will remain on and it is not possible to record any further.
Time and Alarm Settings of the Digital Clock
Time set
1. Press and hold the mode button for a few seconds until the
hours starts to ash. Use the + and – button to adjust the
hour.
2. Press the mode button again to set the minutes with the +
and – button.
3. Press the mode button again to set the year with the + and
– button.
4. Press the mode button when ready, the year stops ashing.
5. Press the shift button to return to the time.
6. Press the – button to set 12 or 24 hour system.
Alarm set
1. Press the shift button to enter alarm setting (ALM indication
appears in the display).
2. Press and hold the mode button to set the hour with the +
and – button.
3. Press the mode button again to set the minutes with the +
and – button.
4. Press the mode button and select with the + and – button
for the alarm music sound.
5. Press the shift button to save the alarm setting.
6. Press the – button to select the following options:
Alarm activated
Activate repeat alarm every 5 minutes up to a
maximum of 6 times

7. Press the + button to select following options:
When selected, a short musical sound will be
activated every hour.
When selected, a ding-dong sound will be activated
every hour.
8. Press the shift button again to return to the actual time.
When selecting one of the options from point 7, please set with
+ and – button (when you returned to actual time) if you want
to hear this sound every hour, select clock A. Or if you want to
hear only between 6.00 till 21.00 hour, then select clock B. If this
option is not required, do not select any of the above options
from with point 7.

Press the talk button to hear the time and to switch o the alarm
sound.
While in alarm, you can also press the – to switch o the alarm,
but without the spoken time.

Clean only swith a dry cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.

Einleitung
Unauällige Sicherheit und Überwachung sind die Besonderheit
dieser Uhr. Eine Kamera und ein SD-Kartenleser zum
Aufzeichnen (Micro-SD-Karte nicht im Lieferumfang) sind im
Gerät verborgen. Sobald eine Bewegung registriert wird, beginnt
das Gerät aufzuzeichnen. Permanentes Aufzeichnen durch
den Rekorder ist ebenfalls möglich. Das eingebaute Mikrofon
erlaubt das Aufzeichnen mit oder ohne Ton. Der mitgelieferte,
wiederauadbare Lithiumakku reicht für 12Stunden
Videoaufnahmen. Die Uhr kann als normale Digitaluhr mit
Weckfunktion verwendet werden. Im Lieferumfang des
SPYCCL10CSR ist ebenfalls eine Fernbedienung für einen
praktischen Gebrauch enthalten.

Vor dem Erstgebrauch
1. Schieben Sie die Abdeckung an der rechten Seite der Uhr
nach hinten, um auf die Anschlüsse zugreifen zu können
(siehe Abb. oben).
2. Es wird empfohlen, zunächst den Akku aufzuladen. Dafür
muss die Betriebstaste auf Aus gestellt sein. Verbinden Sie
den Mini-USB-Stecker des USB-Kabels mit dem USB-Port
eines Computers/ Notebooks oder mit dem mitgelieferten
Netzteil.
3. Während des Auadens leuchtet der rote Indikator, und der
grüne Indikator blinkt langsam. Nach 3 bis 4 Stunden ist der
Akku vollständig geladen. Nach dem Auaden leuchtet der
grüne Indikator stetig. Hinweis: für optimale Akkuleistung
wird empfohlen, bei den ersten drei Auadungen den Akku
12Stunden ununterbrochen laden zu lassen.
4. Legen Sie, bevor Sie fortfahren, eine Mini-SD-Karte ein.
