About this guide
This guide contains information to help op-
erating company (telco) maintenance per-
sonnel to troubleshoot all types and
vintages of Millennium terminals.

upload call detail records (CDRs).
Troubleshooting

and uses flow charts to pinpoint trouble-
shooting actions for terminal problems.

a suggested action procedure.
