ALGEMENE INFORMATIE
Algemeen
Lees deze instructies goed door voor de installatie en ingebruikname van het product. Het is aan te bevelen
om de installatie uitsluitend te laten uitvoeren door één of meerdere bevoegde personen.
Belangrijk voordat u gaat monteren
Voordat u gaat monteren, neem de volgende montagetips in acht:
• Zorg dat de afzuigkap spanningsloos is gemaakt
• Voor het eenvoudiger monteren kan het aan te raden zijn dit met 2 personen uit te voeren
InTouch
InTouch biedt de mogelijkheid uw Novy-afzuigkap te bedienen vanaf uw Novy-inductiekookplaat. Met behulp
van een RF-signaal stuurt u via de inductiekookplaat uw afzuigkap aan. Een breed assortiment van Novy-
inductiekookplaten is uitgerust met InTouch.
MONTAGE
Montage van de printplaat
Deze installatiekit bestaat uit een afstandsbediening en een printplaat. De printplaat dient gemonteerd te
worden in uw afzuigkap ter vervanging van de huidige printplaat in uw afzuigkap. De locatie van de printplaat
is afhankelijk van het type nummer van uw afzuigkap. Het is aan te bevelen deze nieuwe printplaat te monteren
voordat de afzuigkap gemonteerd wordt. U kunt eventueel contact opnemen met Novy voor informatie waar
de printplaat in uw afzuigkap geplaatst is.
Afstandsbediening
De afstandsbediening is voorgeprogrammeerd en klaar voor gebruik. Zodra de printplaat in uw afzuigkap is
gemonteerd en is aangesloten kunt u de afzuigkap bedienen met de afstandsbediening.
Wijziging van her RF signaal
Indien het signaal van de afstandsbediening stoort op andere apparatuur, kan er een andere frequentie
gekozen worden.
Bepalen van de gebruikte code:
Druk gelijktijdig op symbool (aan/uit) + , het lampje knippert evenveel keer als de ingestelde code (er zijn in
het totaal 10 code mogelijkheden) (figuur 1).

Wijzigen van code:
a. Druk gelijktijdig en gedurende 3 sec. op ‘aan/uit toets’ + ‘verlichting’ op de afstandsbediening tot het
lampje knippert. Het lampje knippert het aantal keren van de codes (1 keer knipperen is code 1, 2 keer
knipperen is code 2 ...). Indien u voor code 1 kiest gaat u meteen naar stap b. Indien u een andere
code wenst in te stellen herhaalt u deze stap tot de gewenste code is bereikt. (Er zijn in totaal 10 code
mogelijkheden (figuur 1).
b. Druk gelijktijdig op de ‘aan/uit toets’ + ‘verlichting’ van de bediening van de afzuigkap tot de tweede
groene LED pinkt (figuur 2).
c. Druk binnen de 10 seconden op de ‘verlichting’ toets van de afstandsbediening om de instellingen te
bevestigen. De afzuigkap en de afstandsbediening zijn nu op elkaar ingesteld (figuur 3).
Vervangen van de batterijen:
- Voor de vervanging van de batterij dient u het plastiekdeksel los te schroeven, de oude batterijen te
verwijderen en een nieuwe erin te plaatsen. Let op de in het batterij vak aangegeven polariteitsmarkeringen
(figuur 4).
- Lege batterijen horen niet in het huisvuil, maar moeten worden ingeleverd als KGA.

INFORMATIONS GENERALES

Il est recommandé de confier l’installation exclusivement à une ou plusieurs personnes compétentes.
Important ! Avant de commencer le montage
Avant de commencer le montage, suivre les conseils de montage suivants:
• Débranchez le groupe du réseau électrique.
InTouch
InTouch offre la possibilité de commander votre hotte aspirante Novy depuis votre table de cuisson à induction
Novy. A l’aide d’un signal RF vous commandez votre hotte aspirante à partir de la table de cuisson à induction.
Une large gamme de tables de cuisson à induction Novy est équipée du système InTouch.
ASSEMBLAGE
Assemblage du circuit imprimé
Ce kit d’assemblage est composé d’une télécommande et d’un circuit imprimé. Le circuit imprimé doit être
monté dans votre hotte aspirante pour remplacer le circuit imprimé actuel dans votre hotte aspirante. L’endroit
du circuit imprimé dépend du numéro de type de votre hotte aspirante. Nous vous conseillons d’installer ce
nouveau circuit imprimé avant d’assembler la hotte aspirante. Si besoin, vous pouvez contacter Novy pour
avoir plus de renseignements sur l’endroit d’installation du circuit imprimé dans votre hotte aspirante.
Télécommande
La télécommande a été préprogrammée et est prête à l’usage. Dès le montage et le raccordement du circuit
imprimé dans votre hotte aspirante, vous pouvez commander la hotte aspirante par la télécommande.
Seulement au cas ou il faut changer la programmation e.g. interférence d’autres télécommandes suivre les
consignes suivantes: Connecter la hotte sur le réseau
électrique. Ne pas allumer la hotte.
Détermination du code utilisé:
Appuyez simultanément sur MARCHE/ARRÊT et sur ; la lampe-témoin clignote ainsi que le code choisi (il
existe au total 10 possibilités de code).

Modification du code:
a. Appuyez simultanément durant 3 sec. Sur MARCHE/ARRÊT et , jusqu’à ce que la lampe-témoin clignote.
Le témoin se met alors à clignoter, ainsi que le code choisi. Répétez cette étape jusqu’à l’affichage du
code voulu (il existe au total 10 possibilités de code)
a. Appuyez simultanément sur 0/1 et sur de la commande de la hotte, jusqu’à ce que la deuxième diode LED
s’allume.
b. Dans les 10 secondes qui suivent, appuyez sur de la commande à distance, pour confirmer les réglages.
La hotte et sa commande à distance sont à présent appariées.
Remplacement des piles:
- Pour procéder au remplacement des piles, dévissez le couvercle en plastique, enlevez les anciennes piles
et placez-y de nouvelles piles. Respectez les marques de polarité indiquées dans le logement des piles.
- Ne pas jeter les batteries usagées comme déchet ménager, mais les évacuer avec les petits déchets
chimiques.
Touche Novy:
Vous pouvez commander l’éclairage d’ambiance à l’aide de la touche Novy.

Wichtige, vor der Montage zu beachtende, Punkte
Bitte lesen Sie sich die folgenden Hinweise durch, bevor Sie mit der Montage beginnen:
• Ziehen Sie zuerst den Stecker aus der Steckdose oder schalten Sie den Stromkreis aus.
InTouch
InTouch bietet die Möglichkeit, Ihre Novy Dunstabzugshaube von Ihrem Novy Induktionskochfeld aus zu
bedienen. Mit einem Funksignal steuern Sie über das Induktionskochfeld Ihre Dunstabzugshaube an. Eine
breite Palette von Novy Induktionskochfeldern ist mit InTouch ausgestattet.
MONTAGE
Montage der Leiterplatte
Dieses Installationskit besteht aus einer Fernbedienung und einer Leiterplatte. Die Leiterplatte muss in der
Dunstabzugshaube montiert werden, um die derzeitige Leiterplatte in Ihrer Dunstabzugshaube zu ersetzen.
Der Ort der Leiterplatte hängt von der Modellnummer Ihrer Dunstabzugshaube ab. Es empfiehlt sich, diese
neue Leiterplatte zu montieren, bevor die Dunstabzugshaube montiert wird. Gegebenenfalls können Sie bei
Novy nachfragen, wo die Leiterplatte in Ihrer Dunstabzugshaube angeordnet ist.
Fernbedienung
Die Fernbedienung ist vorprogrammiert und sofort einsatzbereit. Sobald die Leiterplatte in Ihrer
Dunstabzugshaube montiert und angeschlossen ist, können Sie die Dungstabzugshaube mit der
Fernbedienung bedienen.
Falls Probleme mit der Frequenz bestehten, kann eine Umprogrammierung vorgenommen werden: Die
Dunsthaube muss mit dem Strom verbunden sein. Schalten Sie die Dunsthaube nicht ein. Es können 10
verschiedene Codes eingestellt werden.
So bestimmen Sie den aktuellen Code:
Drücken Sie an der Fernbedienung gleichzeitig auf die 0/I-Taste + Lichttaste. Die Diode der Fernbedienung
blinkt so oft wie der aktuelle Code lautet (also z. B. zweimal für Code 2).

Zum Ändern des Codes:
a. Halten Sie die 0/I-Taste + Lichttaste der Fernbedienung gleichzeitig 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, bis die
Diode der Fernbedienung blinkt.
Danach blinkt die Diode so oft wie der aktuelle Code lautet. Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt, bis Sie den
gewünschten Code erreicht haben (es gibt insgesamt 10 Code-Möglichkeiten) (Abbildung 1)
b. Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die 0/I-Taste + Lichttaste der Dunstabzugshaube, bis die zweite grüne LED blinkt,
siehe Abbildung 2.
c. Drücken Sie innerhalb von 10 Sekunden die Lichttaste der Fernbedienung, um die Einstellung zu
bestätigen. Dunstabzugshaube und Fernbedienung sind jetzt aufeinander eingestellt, siehe Abbildung 3.
Auswechseln der Batterien:
- Zum Auswechseln der Batterien schrauben Sie die Kunststoffabdeckung ab, nehmen die alten Batterien
heraus und setzen neue Batterien ein. Achten Sie dabei auf die im Batteriefach angegebene Polarität.
- Leere Batterien gehören nicht in den Hausmüll, sondern sind als Sondermüll zu entsorgen.
NOVY Taste:
Mit der NOVY-Taste der Fernbedienung können Sie die Ambientebeleuchtung ein- und Ausschalten, siehe
Abbildung 5.

GENERAL INFORMATION
General
Read these instructions carefully before installing and commissioning the product. It is recommended to have
one or more qualified persons carry out the installation.
Important before mounting
Observe the following mounting tips before starting the mounting activities:
• Remove the power supply from the hood
InTouch
With InTouch you can operate your Novy hood from the Novy induction hotplate. You control the hood
through the induction hotplate by means of an RF signal. A broad range of Novy induction hotplates has been
provided with InTouch.
MOUNTING
Mount the circuit board
This installation kit includes a remote control and a circuit board. The circuit board is to be mounted in the
hood as a replacement of the current circuit board in the hood. The location of the circuit board depends on
the type number of your hood. It is recommended to mount this new circuit board before mounting the hood.
If necessary, you can contact Novy for information about the location of the circuit board in your hood.
Remote control
The remote control has been pre-programmed and it is ready for use. You can operate the hood with the
remote control as soon as the circuit board has been mounted and connected in the hood.
Only when the remote control needs to be reprogrammed (interaction with other controls)act as in the
following.
Determine the code used:
Simultaneously press on/off + the key with the sun. The lamp flashes as well as the selected code (there are
10 code options in total).

Change the code:
a. Simultaneously press on/off + the key with the sun for 3 seconds until the lamp is flashing. After this the
lamp as well as the selected code will flash. Repeat this step until you have reached the required code
(there are 10 code options in total).
b. Simultaneously press + lamp of the roof cover control until the second green LED is blinking.
c. Press the key with the sun on the remote control within 10 seconds to confirm the settings. The cooker
hood and the remote control are now in line with each other.
Change the batteries:
- For changing the batteries unscrew the plastic cover, remove the old batteries and insert the new ones.
Pay attention to the polarity marking given in the battery compartment (figure 4).
- Empty batteries are not to be disposed of in the household refuse, but they are to be handed in as
chemical waste.
NOVY key:
You can switch on the ambient lighting using the NOVY key (figure 5).
